Review 1：No access to fresh breakfast this was delivered in a paperbag outside our door at 6am. Again very basic. No kettle to make a hot drink or hairdryer and on a Sunday no access to fresh food or evening dinner at the adjoining restaurant which we weren't informed about before our stay. Again didn't expect 5star treatment but a kettle and a hairdryer would've made a real difference.

Review 2：The position was nice and central. The room though basic was clean and serviced with clean towels daily. Night porter at the adjoining restaurant did provide us with fresh coffee late one evening and info about Skybus. It was value for money so we didn't expect 5star treatment.

Review 3：Noise from the clubs outside the window till 2am on weekends . And a "simple breakfast" bag left outside the door, instead of a breakfast buffet.

Review 5：Bathroom fixtures were broken / damaged. Some lighting fixtures were broken, exposed wires. Room was cold, no temperature control. The "Free" breakfast was a ham and cheese sandwich and an unlabelled bottle of something resembling juice, i didn't dare to touch it.

Review 9：Advertised 'free breakfast' is a waste of time - sandwich covered in cheap margarine and some kind of non-descript sugary drink deleivered in a bag. WiFi was so unreliable as to be virually unuseable. Room above bar downstairs very noisy.

Cant imagine to have it for breakfast for more than one time. Fortunately, you get free coffee/tea in the morning in next door cafe. Some single rooms are very small, it seemed like they made a "room" from housekeeper's closet.

Review 17：The brekfast was very cheap. They sett a bag with sandwiches and very bad orange juice outside your door, so this was very disapointing. The hotel was located in the same street as Trondheims partyplaces, so there was some noice during the night.

Review 18：The location was right in th city center. The room was big enough for three adults and it was clean. We saw very little to the staff, but they were nice and polite the few times we encountered them. The bathroom was good and the beds were comfy enough.

Review 19：(1) the hotel has no permanent reception, i.e. the check-in was done by staff working in the adjacent restaurant. (2) Feels unsafe since anybody can just walk into the hotel and use the elevator to the rooms without being seen; (3) there is no room service, i.e. had to carry ironing board, extra towels and hair dryer by myself through the hotel; (4) breakfast is a joke: at 6:30am in the morning, they leave a bag in front of your room with a sandwich and a bottle or orange juice, that's what they call breakfast!

Review 20：low price, free cancellation, free wifi, clean room

Review 21：No alarm clock nor telephone in the room (so no wake up service possible). "Breakfast" was only a rather dry sandwich left outside the door at 0700. Arranged for a taxi to the airport for which the hotel said would be 390 Kroner, but the taxi they called said that this was for another cab company that had shared rides. I had to pay 700 Kroner. Finally, the deadbolt on the door was installed wrong so that it couldn't work => less security from potential problems.
