Review 1：The mini bar in my room was empty, however I didn't really need it. The breakfast starts at 8 am. I would prefer to have it earlier. There was no black tea available which is unusual for Ukraine :) Nevertheless I enjoyed my breakfast

Review 2：Good location in the city center, friendly staff, clean room, good Wi-Fi connection. I arrived late in the evening so I ordered dinner to my room. They brought it fast and the food was delicious.

Review 3：The Odessky Dvorik Hotel is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. There is no lift. The air conditioning does not work. The menu is very limited. The hotel is situated a taxi drive away from the main city centre. There is no direct bus service into town. I final totally let down by Booking.com for recommending this hotel without actually verifying the hotel in the first place

Review 6：The courtyard is fantastic,with a cobblestone walkway and tree covered tables. The attached jazz bar is nicely appointed and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast, as well! I would love to stay here during the summer to get full use of the courtyard.

Review 7：Terrible beds, horrifying pillows and blankets from the Soviet era. Electricity went out once as we were preparing for bed. Water temperature in the shower changes whenever it wants to. Breakfast is mostly good even though the waiters have no idea about basic table setting. No lift, so we had to drag out stuff all the way up a gazillion flights of stairs.

Review 8：Very nice receptionist. Clean room, for the most part. Great location for sightseeing. "Private" parking in the street (70 UAH/night). Edible breakfast. Good for a couple of days.

Review 9：The rooms have been a bit cold when we arrived. The heating also with AC takes long time. There is no room service for meals. No coffee powder for the coffee maker in the room. Only tea bags. This is maybe a problem in Ukraine?

Review 10：The presidential suite is a perfect place with jacuzzi, private sauna, large rooms, 2 TV sets, carpets and low prices also for the mini bar. We will stay there again for sure.

Review 11：Air-condition in the bed room didn't work and they couldn't fix it. They have me extra blanket instead. At first, because lake of language I got a cheaper room then I have paid for and the poor bell boy worked very hard with my laguage.

Review 12：The stuff tried their best to please me. The hotel is quite cheap but it also doesn't costs a lot of money so as for value for money it is good. The room was quite big and clean.

Review 13：Not worth the 4 stars, the staff was not very helpful. During our stay, there were several power failures which resulted the air conditioning to break-down, it took staff 3 hours to send someone to have a look, and 1.5 hours to flip the switch to fix it. The included breakfast is very limited and often most dishes were finished. The room itself was also small and cheapish looking furniture. Finally the hotel did not have an elevator, which is very annoying if you need to carry your stuff to the 3rd floor. Would not recommend to stay here.

Review 16：No elevator. WiFi was dependable but weak (and slow). And this property was trying to saving energy. I admire the goal, but their systems need adjusting. When walking down the hall, lights turn on in front of you and turn off behind you. The system was a little annoying. And the air conditioner in the room has a nasty habit of turning itself off in the middle of the night. I often woke up in a room that was too warm and too humid - and not comfortable!

Review 43：Having the TV on while I was having breakfast, especially with the Cultural-Marxist 'music/noise' channel on. Sometimes it was noisy in room during night due to neighbouring room having TV on. I suggest fitting TVs with headphones.

Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff. The hot water did not work, and the front desk had a repairman there in under ten minutes. A mark of an excellent hotel. He had it fixed in another ten minutes. The takeaway is not that the hot water at first did not work, but that the staff got it fixed quickly. The mark of a well trained staff. My Russian is rusty due to lack of use. No knowledge of Russian would make it more of an adventure for travelers as it seemed few of the staff spoke English. Don't let this dissuade from booking this hotel, as it really is a great location and a clean and nice hotel. I would stay again.
