Review 1：The neighborhood is not the usual hotel setting and some small things (towels, soap) can be of better quality.

Review 2：Large room, with a comfortable bed in the proximity of the old city. Very quiet area and one can easily walk to the city center. The staff was also nice and helpful.

Review 3：Breakfast could be better - better quality food and bigger choice when you come late. Plus breakfast is served from 7 till 9 only.

Review 15：Very close to the city's center. There's a parking right in front of the hotel. It has more Wi-Fi access points. It was quite warm inside given the freezing weather outside.

Review 16：The restaurant was closed during our journey because the staff was preparing for New Year's Eve, so we had to look for a restaurant in the neighborhood.

Review 17：We had an apartment with balcony on the 5th floor. Rooms are warm, wi-fi signal is good, even if it isn`t specified in the presentation. The staff is friendly and willing to offer help in search of a restaurant, event, or to call a taxi. The hotel is positioned less than 10 minutes walk from the historic center, in a quiet area but with good access to different areas of interest.

Review 18：Things can be improved. But this is a 3 star hotel. And for the money to be paid it was Great value!

Review 19：Mr Sean Roberts, the hotel manager(maybe owner) himself was at the front office. Very kind and capable of solving everything might came up. A great 3 star hotel. Great value for the money. 5-10 minute walk to city old town centre. I highly recommend.

Review 24：- for one night, I waited a lot to pay, almost 25 min it took the receptionist that was becoming really desperate... - approx. 13 euro for petit dejeuner for 2 adults and one school child is a lot, even if the little one had free. - there was no client for breakfast, so the receptionist had close all the lights in the kitchen so the impression was that the hotel was really empty. - more than 1 eur one small coffee

Review 43：Lighting in the bathroom is so low and also no anti-slip on the floor.. A room safe would be critical to have as no body want to go enjoy his day out with all his documents, passports, or even gadgets strapped around his neck all day !.. it could also be unsafe..

Review 47：Although Hotel Roberts ticked all the boxes in terms of excellent value for money, it has a rather corporate feel which is probably perfect for business guests. I prefer when some of the charm and flair of the city / local area is reflected in the hotel rooms, especially if it is your first visit. For example, the works of local artists can create a very special and individual atmosphere, which I think helps a lot to add a more homely feeling to a hotel stay.

Review 48：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The umbrella that the receptionist lent to us for our shopping tour was much appreciated. Unfortunately, we did not have a Wi-fi signal in our room, but were able to use the laptop in the reception area instead. The host, Mr Roberts, made sure all the guests had everything they needed for breakfast and was very attentive to even the most demanding of needs. Besides the excellent customer service, the quality of breakfast was also superb. The room we stayed in for one night was very clean and spacious, furnished with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the distance from the city center is walkable in approx. 15min. The taxi drive to the airport was really quick (only about 10min)!

Review 51：It is a little bit of a walk to the historic center (maybe 15-20minutes depending on how you do walking up hills). This was not aproblem for me but might be a bit too much for older people or thosewith small children.
