Review 5:Our room, shower is not functioning. The staff at the front desk didn't inform us about next room renovation. Early morning, people doing renovation. The room was so dirty even the air-conditioner is not cold enough. TV channel lousy. I believe the housekeeping didn't even replace the bed-sheet with new one. My body was so itchy. This will be my 1st & the last stay in Penview!

Review 30:I found that the receptionist (most of them who stands behind the frontcounter except for one young lady) are unefficient, unfriendly, rude.The don't give or tell me the right info about the whole deal insidethe booking we made. I book for a family roomfor 4 person for 2 nightsand the gave me 4 breakfast on the first day but only for 2 person thethe last day. They say that the Hotel only give away 2 breakfast when Iam paying for 4 person? They are lazy but very busy chatting with othercolleague around. Loud when they talk to each other and when they talkto you they do not even face the customer. They speak with loud voiceyet facing other direction. They should have not upgrade the Inn into aHotel if the staff have such service. If they have some personalproblems at home, please do not bring it back to work. I would nevercheckin into that Hotel anymore because of such poor service.
