Review 1：The car park was in total darkness on the 2nd night and 3rd day.

Review 2：Modern deco, good space, clean and well equipped apartment. location of the apartment was great for our journey to and fro the blue mountains.

Review 4：Lovely modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Free, underground, safe parking. Easy access to main roads to tourist locations. Loads of storage.

Review 5：The lighting. Could not read at night. Had problems with both washing machine and dryer. Took 4hrs to do a load. Couldn't call anyone as it was later at night. No instruction booklets. Microwave on bottom shelf was difficult to see. Would be better on bench.

Review 6：Location. Style. Roominess. Colour scheme. Loved the glad wrap and tin foil in drawers. I always forget this. Liked the BBQ area, although we didn't use. Great place for younger people.

Review 9：If you are a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. The walls are very thin and you can here everything from the neighbors, especially in the bedroom.

Review 13：My colleague and I were at a Professional Learning workshop at St Clair for two days. This property allowed us to have our own space without the expense of renting two hotel rooms elsewhere. The living space and kitchen are excellent. The beds are amazing!!

Review 16：Very poor customer service. Cancelled my order instead of another customer. Many phone calls received due to lack of attention to detail and inefficiency.

Review 18：Being apartment style there is no security personnel on site. People in the room next to me were having a serious argument and I felt a bit vulnerable being a solo traveller - this was probably just a one off.

Review 19：The staff member William waited for me to do a late check in which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. The apartment was in excellent condition, spacious and had everything needed.

Review 20：Pillows were too soft for me. The fly screen was off the track and hard to open. The skirt on the door handle of the bathroom is loose.

Review 26：The hot water was not hot enough to wash up I had to boil the kettle to get hot enough water There was a problem with the unit next door and staff needed to access our unit to fix it. I was fine with that but didn't expect it to take 3 days and at one stage we came back to find our door propped open with no one there. I was a little upset that no one asked could they paint,my husband has terminal lung cancer so the smell of paint is bad for him. Other than this we really liked the unit

Review 35：The unit was wonderful, nice and clean, easy location. The lovely lady that booked us in could not be more helpful. I was travelling with my 88 yr old father in law and could not praise the staff enough for making sure everything was okay.

Review 39：The king beds were so comfortable! Free wi-fi and free secure underground parking were a bonus. Beautiful kitchen and furniture, everything was very clean. Lovely staff, extremely easy check-in/check-out procedure - no waiting around! The manager took the time to send us a text message thanking us for leaving the place in great condition when we checked out.

Review 40：The bed was very comfortable, I checked to see what make it was as we slept so well. Amazing apartment ,stayed in apartment 3 which also has a garden,close walk to restaurants.

Review 41：1. I couldn't connect to Wi-fi 2. When I went to put out the garbage in the outside bins, the external door closed and locked me out, which would have been very awkward if my mother hadn't been nearby and able to let me back in, as I had no phone or keys with me. Perhaps a bin could be put inside? 3. The beds were quite high and difficult for my elderly mother to get into.
