Review 2：The location of the hotel was excellent, everything was close by. Having separate living and sleeping areas was very convenient. The hot breakfast was a welcome change, compared to other hotels it was actually hot! I would recommend this hotel to all travelers!

Location was great as was the room. Having a sofa bed in a separate space from the bedroom really helped with family of older children.

They fed us anyway- made 4 fantastic breakfast sandwich platters for me and my kids with fresh fruit and French toast. Super sweet of them!

Review 13：The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was not much choice. A member of our party who needed gluten free food could only eat fruit and yoghurt. When she asked for some egg without bread (having spotted some egg in bread rolls), it was not possible to provide this, as the breakfast buns came pre-packaged.

Review 15：The $75 fee per pet is extreme. The $2.50 cost of sodas & bottled water is too high. There were inches of standing water accumulation in the bath tub after 1st shower usage. One would think the cleaning service would have noticed. The issue was quickly repaired when we notified staff. In view of the cost of the hotel, the breakfast selection was limited.

Review 16：The rooms are large. We enjoyed a connecting door to room with friends and we all wete able to move about in comfort on either side of the sitting areas. A crib was provided and there was still plenty of room to walk around. Very comfortable beds. The staff was great. We enjoyed the pool. Matt's service at the lobby bar was appreciated.

Review 36：When we booked and when I called to confirm I made it very clear that we had a young child with us. Upon Check in we immediately noticed we were surrounded by a lot of very loud people next to our room, and it did not have a tub to bath our three-year-old. I asked to switch to a new room and was told it was not possible to check the next day. The next day I again was told it was not possible . My husband and I asked them if we could check out 1 day early and we were told we would still be charged for the fourth night even though he added that after we initially booked. On the third night there they could switch to a room with a tub, this was at 11 PM at night. I was not about to move my families belongings when my three-year-old was in bed asleep . I guess if you are a couple and not looking for a quiet family place then this is for you. Not to mention I found dried blood on the sheets of the pull out couch and even though I brought it to their attention nothing was ever done. I would not stay here again

The only thing is the sign, it's kind of obscured by the bushes. Make it larger please. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Review 76：I was extremely and utterly disappointed by the stay at this hotel, the customer service that we received from them, and the fact that many amenities listed on booking.com for the hotel were just plain incorrect made it an awful experience.I had made two room reservations, each to accommodate three people (I paid $30 per room per night to accommodate three people instead of two). I also called the hotel immediately after making the booking to ensure that we could get two double beds in each room. I made it a 'preference' and called. The operator said that I should make sure to check in a bit early, and I could most likely get two double beds in each room.When I checked in (early), she informed me that there was no way that we could get two double beds - that the booking was only for whatever room they had left and there was no way to know what type of room you would get or how many people it would accommodate (so, i wish I hadn't paid the extra money for it...). She offered me a free shuttle to the casino to offer her apologies. To that, I told her that booking.com had listed under the 'services' that their shuttle service was free. She told me that that was incorrect - and the shuttle cost $15 per person (We had seven people).When we called down for this 'comped' shuttle - they told us we could catch a 6:00 ride. It was 5:55, so we raced downstairs. I asked the front desk how it worked, and how the ride back worked. She then told us that we could not take the 6:00 shuttle - since weren't part of the wedding staying there, so we had to wait until 7 to get the shuttle. We had dinner reservations for 7:15, so we ended up driving to and from the casino.During all of these discussions, each person we encountered in terms of management and front desk staff was absolutely, utterly rude. Half of our party ended up sleeping on an awful pull out couch mattress in a small room that was absolutely not worth what we paid ($440).

Review 99：Upon check in, we were told they were repaving driveway and that we might have to wake early and move car. After asking about noise since I had infant, staff member offered me earplugs. That was annoying. But we found parking spots to never have to move, and we didn't hear a peep from all the construction. The smell wasn't great from tar, but the fact that they're maintaining their grounds (which didn't even look bad) shows that they take pride in appearance. I also thought there was indoor pool, but the outdoor one was very clean. If it was a bit bigger, it would've been even better. But for the space, it works.

Review 100：My husband and I wanted a mini getaway without driving too far or spending too much. Mystic perfect fit. The Hyatt was awesome, close to everything and the staff were super attentive. Loved the daily housekeeping, the 24 hour resturant/Starbucks, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Best bang for your buck, we loved it!

Review 113：Several weeks in advance of our stay, I emailed Mystic Hyatt Place directly to ensure early check in, so that we could change to attend my son's wedding at 3pm on July 12. I received a confirmation email saying that we could check in starting at noon on July 12. We arrived at 2pm to check in and change, but I was told no rooms were available at that time and that I should have read the fine print that early check in was not guaranteed - don't offer a feature you can't back up! As a result, my husband changed in the car and I used the lobby rest room. In the rush, I didn't apply sunblock for an outdoor ceremony and am now suffering from the an allergic reaction to the sun (I am allergic to sunlight; it's not sunburn).Your front desk person (Danielle) told me when we returned from the wedding, our room would be ready and was guaranteed. At about 10:30 pm, we arrived to check in and the man at the front desk, asked me if I was in the right hotel when he couldn't find our "guaranteed" reservation in the system. After much ado, another staff member was able to find our reservation.As a consolation, he offered us complimentary bottles of water! The first card key to our room didn't work, but the second one did.The breakfast buffet was marginal, as the fruit salad was tired, and the scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless. For the room price and Hyatt reputation, I expect much better.During my afternoon attempt to check in I told Danielle I would like to pay cash and she said cash could be accepted only upon check-out. I also told the evening staff member (male) that I would be paying cash upon checkout. However, since you keep a credit card # to hold the room, the statement slipped under our door the morning of July 13th showed that my card had already been charged. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told it would take about five days for the charge to reverse, since I paid cash.
