Review 1：Closed the restaurant with no notice so no food and too far from center to walk to another staff offered no solution

Review 3：A loud group of guests disturbed my sleep at around 3AM. I don't understand why it took more than 1 hour and 2 phone calls to front desk to keep them quiet...

Review 5：Wife complained about smoking on the hallways, i did not mind that since i am a smoker. It was a bit pricey, but maybe it was because it was this and one other hotel with free rooms in the period.

Review 6：Good location, about 3 km to city center (i recommend a taxi, about 10 mins drive and its cheap), and very close to the airport. The rooms are big and very clean.Big parking outside.

Review 7：The bed in our room was very uncomfortable - you could feel the springs of the mattress poking in your back. The shower head had some kind of disgusting mold on it and the window of our room did not close properly. The towels were almost breaking apart.

Review 8：I was picked up from the Airport and when I requested to be taken to Sibiu Town that was arranged, came back to the hotel for an early dinner, all in all for the one night I was to be there I enjoyed myself.

Review 61：Extremely thin walls. We could hearing the other gust while talking among themselves. And in the morning we were woken up by some noisy guests without anyone from the hotel having intervened. Poor breakfast charged at 10 eur per person. Disappointing!

Review 63：This was my second time due to the fact that last time was a pleasant surprise but this week end something went wrong very wrong...the staff was totally not interested, their was a power failure and they had NO idea when or how it was going to be solved...tell me that it was all around the city which was not true by me calling other places nearby. It got solved and then I thought of asking for food so i can keep working trying to make up time for the time i lost with no power and again the staff said...NO...if you want to eat you go to the restaurant so I prefered getting on my car and drinving for food than to go their restaurant. In the morning there was a BIG group having breakfast so NO food...POOR coffee, I asked for cheese they said simply...ASTA E which means like this is it!!! Nothing to do just wait...so one time was great second was very bad I guess this was the last time for me.

Review 67：Big surprise to find such a cool staff. Ana Hotel is not chic, trendy or luxurious but it is a bit of retro with a neon sign on top of an old gas station. I enjoyed it, rooms are big with nice pillows and the staff makes the difference!

It is quite far from the city center although near the airport but if you have a car or take a taxi this hotel is perfect as it takes only 5 minutes drive to the center of Sibiu and you can save money as this it is much cheaper than at the city center. They have good restaurant also.

Review 72：Upon entering the room for the first time there were a lot of flies and some kind of butterfly, probably because the windows were left wide open. Also at times the hotel seemed very noisy but this has more to do with the visitors rather than the hotel.

Review 76：Nothing the only slight negative for some may be the actual location. It is not very special as Hotel is on the main drag just past the airport approaching Sibiu, but for the money and as an overnight stop this was of no concern. The benefit is that the Hotel is dead easy to locate, you are not driving around Sibiu searching for it.

Staff all spoke good English during my stay.Always happy to stay here, good sized car park with always room to spare, excellent self service Buffet Breakfast has some thing for everyone and as you help yourself easy to fill up for the day ahead. This is a super Hotel that always offers excellent value for money. Its clean well maintained and secure and is perfect as an overnight stop heading to or from Bulgaria. Give it a try I am confident you'll be happy you did.

Review 78：Noisy during the night (other guests, not barking dogs or the motorway). Cigarette smell in room. Staff without smiles. Industrial environment.

Review 79：Business hotel. Very easy to reach on motorway leading into Sibiu (straight into centre). Decent buffet breakfast. Good Internet connection. Large monitored parking. We didn't hear the nearby airport.
