Review 1：At the night of revegion we have paid extra 100 euro fot adult and 50 for kids and there was 5 plates, the first was starter came 20:30 the second plate came 22:00 the third plate as i learned from others came 01:30 i didn't ask what time the other two plates came. Meening we went to sleep because we were there with kids so we paid to eat just starters?

Review 2：The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was good.

Review 3：The bathroom and shower were divided by a blurred glass. We didn't like that it was so close to the bed and all out of glass. So, if you're not very close to your roommate you might wanna avoid such a room. It also was a little too warm inside the room, there was an AC but we didn't use it, we used to open the window from time to time, not a very big problem.

Review 4：We checked-in at 10:00 and we were very happy! We stayed at 1st floor. The room was clean, no smoke smell present. Amazing mountain view from the window! Good TV.

Review 13：They let you pay a lot more for parking than the public parking that is also in front of the hotel. You have to pay extra for use of the sauna. The temperature in the room was very high and not adjustable. The airco they advertise with is to working, so we had to open the windows. So they let you pay extra for parking and the sauna and trow away money via the gas bill. a pity.

Review 15：We really loved everything about this hotel. A few things worth mentioning is the excellent position, minutes away from the main square, cosy room and friendly and professional staff. It really deserves the 4 stars assigned.

Review 20：They offer us the transfer from the airport for 30,00 EUR (because two persons ?). We took the taxi. The cost was 3,00 EUR. There is no wardrobe. Only opened drawers. The big noise is coming from outside, even the windows are closed. When the hotel was more occupied there was the problem with the breakfast. 1,5 hours before the end of the breakfast most of food was finished. Coffee machine is good but the coffee is awful. The floor finish and curtains need the cleaning. The facilities should be improved to the 4 stars hotel level.

Review 22：Organization. We waited 30 minutes at check because there was only one Receptionist who could not handle the number of people. It took 5 minutes to check in a guest. The hotel was hosting a wedding and the music was so lould that you barely could hear the Receptionist. Breakfast average.

Review 24：I asked for a non-smoking room. They did not care about my request. The reception lady told me that she did not have non-smoking rooms available. The room's smell was terrible, so I called again (now I had a headache due to the smell in the room). First, the lady told me "I have already told you that I have no rooms available" Then she suggested me to keep the windows open. I had to stay in that room because I arrived late and had no chance to look for another hotel. I believe that No-smokers, as well as Smokers should receive a room that DOES NOT STINK. The smell was unbearable. The toilette was on one side, and the shower in the other (both sections with sink). Inside the toilette section, there was a telephone, but there was no towel, and no place to hang a towel. So either you had to walk around the room without washing your hands to get to the other side to wash them, or you could wash your hands and walk around looking for a towel. I found this ridiculous, to have a telephone inside the toilette, but no towel There was dust in between the two twin beds, which shows that the beds are never actually cleaned, therefore Mites stay happily on the bed. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Review 25：Breakfast was good. Water pressure in the shower was good enough to try to clean the dark spots on the shower floor.

Review 26：It would be nice to have the spa available the whole day and to be able to contact them via reception. Also the shower cabin is relatively transparent, but maybe the twin rooms are different.

We had a room on the side with the inner courtyard wich has on the ground floor a terrace with loud music all night. We couldn't stay with the window opened because of the music. Review 36：Playing Queen very loudly at breakfast..rock music is not conducive to breakfast and there should be no music at all…it should be peaceful at breakfast. I left the restaurant very quickly. Also in a city that makes beautiful bread to have plastic supermarket bread and roles at breakfast is not good.

Sink looked like it is almost falling from the wall with one bolt showing. Other cars allowed by parking boys to park in front of the hotel blocking to get out from the slots assigned to the hotel. Breakfast between poor and fair, small room and tables dirty. Struggle to find a clean table in the morning.

Review 85：Bathroom design needs a drastic rethinking. No privacy, no door and only a partial glass wall. The restroom only has a glass wall with two large holes. You have to see it to understand how nonfunctional it is.

Review 100：There is no "do not disturb sign", so, in the morning, the cleaning lady knocked and entered in the room before we could ask her to come later. She even stayed to ask what time we leave the room. She could just enter when you are in the bathroom.

Review 102：Cleaning staff knocks on the door at any time they feel like. There are no do not disturb signs. When they do come to clean, they do not vacuum carpets or change your bedding or clean the furniture surfaces. The shower leaked on to the carpet in our room. WIFI very spotty, weak and slow. If you arrive at night to check in there is no one to help you with the lugguge.
