Review 1：Breakfast was poor - who serves cold fried eggs? Did not get anywhere near western standards of food even though hotel was mainly filled with westerners

Review 3：Aircond breakdown for reception and common areas. Furniture and interior decor needs upgrade. No hair dryer and hot water boiling facilities.

Review 5：This hotel does not deserve 4 star rating hotel, there was no such a facility or services shows that. I give this hotel maximum 2 star. Wi FI not available in rooms, stone age room key, no electric kettle or Tea and Coffee, no sleepers, no bathrobe, also no iron facility available in the room which it is very important. This hotel must be down graded into 2 star.

Review 6：Nothing possitive to be mentioned and I was really disappointed.

Review 7：The bathroom smelled like a sewer, had to close the door so the smelldidn't overwhelm the whole room, it smelled bad anyway. In themorning the toilet was clogged and it smelled even worse!!!! Staff wasvery annoying and pushy by trying to get me to go to some shops forsuveniurs every time I went through the lobby. Breakfast was cold andhalf of things were missing and they didn't refill them. The waterin the pool was green... Everything is in Russian This hotel isdefinetly too expensive for what you get.

Review 9：first impression down, coz of worse customers service at front desk, i used my credit card to book and my brother couple, suppose to pay cash at hotel. hotel staffs and one lady look like mgmt level also pop up and yell me on ph, that hotel won't take cash, card has been charged.. i never let anyone charge my card incase of emergency, charging my credit card is quiet ok, but pls do not yell at customers, especially when customers with poor english but the staffs are even not perfect in english, so pls do not yell at customers who are weak with english, and try to slove the problems instead of keep saying no or hung up on me. stop ignore customers, we came here for vacation and relax, so pls better learn, we; customers don't want to ruin our vacation times with worse customers service, and that was my first and last time to stay at your hotel, and i will never recommand about my friends to go there because of worse customers service... i'm not complainning about property or cleaness, i don't care, you just get what you paid for with the price, facilites and cleanss no compline.

Review 10：The staff are rude they don't know how to deal with visitors and the most important thing the hotel is three star and in the site been rated four star which they deceiving visitors on site and when we ask for compensation they refused to compensate with the value of money which they took it from us in the end I don't advise any body to choose the hotel for staying
