Review 1：Slight road noise during the day as the Hotel is located just off to the N125. Wifi could do with improving as speed was not the best. My Y800 4G dongle out performed the hotel wifi in terms of performance by quite a margin. This is also the off season so wifi speeds should not have been effected by occupancy rates...

Review 3：We booked a room for three adults. Despite paying more money than the rate for the same room with 2 guests staying, the additional bed provided was an uncomfortable sofa bed. We had been expecting a double plus a single or three decent single beds. After one of us had a poor nights sleep we asked at reception to switch rooms however we were told we would have to pay even more and opted not to.

Review 5：Very friendly staff. Ate in the restaurant and although the choice was a little limited it was absolutely delicious and the service second to none. Staff during breakfast were superb.

Review 10：The fact that we booked, arrived in the room to not even have a kettle or coffee machine. We had one chair on the balcony! Obviously one takes it in turns to sit down. Bitten to death by Mosquitos. We then waited until 7 pm to go to diner in the ala carte.. To be told because we hadn't booked we could not eat as they were fully booked. We was not told this at booking or even at check in. My husband then complained to reception to be told we could always ring room service! We then went out to tavira for dinner. We arrived back at the hotel to witness the restaurant half empty with ample seating for dinner. We went to our room and rang down to room service for a bar drink... No answer We rang the bar... No answer We rang reception who put me through to the room service.. Waited 9 mins on the phone. Ordered our drinks. Thirty mins later still no drinks so we called reception to complain again and our drinks arrived ten mins later with the young man saying they were on the hotel.. Breakfast needs to have a new chef.. If you can't cook ... Don't cook... How this hotel is four star.. Obviously gave it to them selves. Service shocking. Go to a real hotel and take a note pad.

Review 13：A very stylish hotel! We enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to leave and explore the city! Spacious, comfortable rooms, steam room, pool and amazing terrace to spend evening drinking cocktails. The breakfast was definitely the best we have ever had in a hotel. Endless choice of savoury and sweet dishes with a good selection of hot and cold drinks including champagne! Very polite and helpful staff and also free transfers to the city including ferry tickets to a beautiful beach!

Review 14：we were quoted for 4 nights at 547 euros. Their booking stated 3 nights so, although we settled the night before for what we believed to be correct the man at reception the following morning disputed the bill and would not open the door until we paid a further amount of 147.55 making our total of 714.55 in addition we were charged for a drink we did not have from our room. His attitude was appalling and it ruined our stay. someone made an error in the booking on our behalf yet we were made to feel as though we were deliberately cheating.

Review 15：The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were cold and coffee would run out and there weren't enough mugs.

Totally soulless, more like a business hotel. Most staff unfriendly with one or two exceptions. Rooms designed to look smart rather than be functional or comfortable. 2 miles from town.

A bit of superficiality there from staff? Breakfast is good, maybe it could offer more local specialities and fresh produce

Review 27：I only wish they would turn off the TV in the Kid's Club. They have the children engaged in plenty of activities but they keep it on as background noise. I wish they just turned the TV off unless they were going to play an appropriate movie for the children. The lovely young girl had the children doing a variety of activities. NO NEED FOR A TV!!

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Lovely swimming pool and gardens. The hotel runs several free shuttle buses to Tavira and Cabanas.

Review 38：Poor tapas,noisy rooms because of sound transmission, busy N125 at front. Bad lighting next to beds. Towels issued to you for pool for which you are responsible for during your stay, further towels charged for. Attitude of management when we complained about noise first night and requested a discount.

Hotel has been very well refurbished; really nice pieces of furniture in communal areas; balconies all a nice size and bedrooms are lovely; the best was the large bathroom and excellent rain shower. Very nice staff; relaxed and accommodating and gave a free bottle of bubbles for friends birthday and allowed us to hang out by pool and use all facilities several hours after check out. Delightful stay!

Review 43：A truly wonderful find - we had 5 days at the Ozadi and couldn't rate it more highly. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay excellent, the style of the hotel was incredible and we had one of our best holidays here. Couldn't rate it more highly.

Review 44：The only thing we didn't like was the fact on out last stay at the hotel, we hadn't been informed that a guest chef was cooking in the bistro and you had to book in advance.

Review 45：We loved the 70s retro decor. We adored Diego, the restaurant waiter, he deserves a lot of praise by the hotel owners as he gives so much of himself to the customers. The food was super, the tapas exceptional.

Review 46：The hotel has great design features and is a great base for exploring Tavira, Cabanas and the Eastern Algarve. All of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The Restaurant is lovely and great value for money.

Review 48：Whilst the hotel is a couple of kilometres out of Tavira it suited our stay perfectly. Travelling by car meant we needed parking. Visiting Tavira was easy by car and parking in the old town wasn't a problem. the restaurant was excellent. The chef is to be congratulated. Staff in both the restaurant and at reception were very helpful and attentive.

Review 49：The bad point is that the hotel is located on the road so you better ask for a room giving on the back of the hotel. But on the other hand, the location is great as you are in the middle of everything....:-)

Buffet breakfast had an excellent choice, and staff catered for my wife's gluten allergy by being able to provide GF bread and cereal. Free shuttle bus to Tavira, Cabanas (beach) and surrounding areas, which suited us as we did not have a car. Very relaxing pool area.

Review 60：The brother of the hotel owner was talking so loudly while in the outside bar he had to be told by one of the guests to be quiet. He was so loud at one point he woke several people up who were around the pool - myself included We mentioned it to the staff but they were in a difficult position with the person being the hotel owners brother - This was just a one off I'm sure. Other than that, no other thinks not to like at this hotel!

Review 61：The relaxed ambiance, simple polished concrete and fresh décor and colour scheme as you arrive. Mix of stylish vintage and modern worked really well. The staff on the whole were very friendly, accommodating and efficient - Reception staff were ace and Julio was a credit to the hotel and hope he is appreciated. Spotlessly clean hotel and great big airy rooms with patio/balcony. Really great and very comfy beds, crisp white bed linen and fresh fluffy towels and with blackout curtains so got a great sleep. Probably one of the quietest hotels I've been in - the noise insulation must be superb [or we were very lucky with the room we got]. The shuttle is great and was always 100% on time both ways - thank you! Breakfast was delicious with a great range of food choices for everyone. Much better than expected. 2rd floor outside eating area and panoramic views are fab! Sangria and Cocktails were very good and very reasonable value for money. Tapas very tasty [but on the small portion side] Pool, beds [double and single] and outside area delightful - very clean and very calm. We really loved the few days we had here and will certainly return.

The bathroom was well thought out with walk in shower,again so clean and a pleasure to use. A good choice of breakfast was served on the terrace. Overall I loved the quiet ambience of the place,and the lovely subdued decor. Highly recommend a stay here.

Review 66：The buffet on the Third Floor needs to be improved - selection of food not great - ok for Children. No draught beer - excepty on third floor - inconvenient and Main Bar should have it also. If you are checking out late - and Hotel busy - no room made avail;able to have a shower and facilities to wash are in the general Toilets beside the Pool - Hotel needs to address this issue and customers last impression would not be a negative one - to finish your holiday with.

We will def be coming back.
