Review 1：Fabulous room, huge with sitting area, table, wing chairs and microwave and fridge. Everything from sheets to carpet and furniture like brand new. Excellent breakfast selections. Amazing value for the price.

Review 2：Hot water was intermittent and ran cold if another room flushed the toilet!! I never felt hot water at the vanity faucet. The carpet was dingy. The extra sofa bed for our son was an old piece of junk for which there were no sheets! The blanket we requested was thin and worn. The whole place did not smell clean. It was in a very industrial, run down part of town.

The girl said the manager would call me back,. which never happened. It was still a good value for the money, but when you have a confirmation of a certain price I feel it should be honored.

Review 9：Toilet was plugged up. Never unplugged it. Shower shot water out onto floor. Only two towels with King bed room. WiFi supper slow. Timer light went out while using lobby toilet, sitting in dark room. No luggage cart to assist during heavy rain storm.

Review 11：Very bad odor in elevator and stairway. They allow pets and people unfortunately let their pets do their business in the stairway and did not clean it up. Breakfast was poor. Air conditioner took a long time before it cooled off the room.

Review 13：Room 314 could use some updating in the upholstered furniture. The sofa bed was very lumpy and the sofa was low. Carpet by window was wet when we walked in, but Baton Rouge has had a lot of rain, might have blown in through window.

Eggs were not hot even though she had just brought them out. Basically, it all looked great on the surface, but it wasn't.

Review 37：The location isn't the greatest. The elevator smelled, even after continuous cleaning. The room smelled, carpet needed cleaning, and just wasn't a place I wanted to stay at. Three of the four cardio machines were broken.
