Review 1：We were very pleased with the attention we got. The suite was very clean with all comfort to make our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant is excellent!

Review 3：Besides being a really nice upscale property with a terrific staff , the location was really good....within walking distance of all the popular sights.....although not included the breakfast was quite good.

Review 4：Didn't like the room facing the central courtyard, I was on 3rd floor and it was just a bit dark. It may be the way you expect your bar staff to be but I always had to ask for something, they never asked me. Bar is also a bit dark and dingy, open the door, turn some lights on, put some music on and you will get walk ins. When I was sat there with door open reading and having a drink people always looked in.

Review 5：Odessa is a lovely place, facilities in the hotel are good and bar is quite good. Natalie and Viktoria on reception very helpful, the night receptionist who also did my hotel transfer also gets a star. Bar and breakfast staff also very chatty and helpful.

Review 6：I am a pest control operator by trade. I found inside my room one bedbug. Produced it to the front desk. They said that this was a first timethey have has this problem. Didn't help me to relocate rooms. Justsaid they would take care of it. I searched the entire room after this.Found nothing more.

Review 8：First time in odessa, and first hotel. I could not guess that such a friendly hotel, i liked all the things about the hotel, staff, rooms, cleaning, respect to customer. Better than 5 star hotels in many way.. Very peaceful place, quite, comfortable. With friendly staff, you dont feel that you are client, you feel like your are real guest. I highly recommend the hotel

Review 16：What really made our stay at the London Hotel was the care and attentiongiven by Julia. Julia was absolutely amazing and take care of everythingwe requested. Julia did everything possible to help and assist us duringour stay. The hotel would be rated as a 5 star hotel if it had aswimming pool. So this hotel is not a 4 star hotel but 5 star hotel. Iwill definitely recommend this hotel .

Review 23：The London enhanced my stay in Odessa once afain! I had stayed there several times in warmer weather, and this stay in a cooler climate was just as comfortable. Wjay makes the hotel exceptional goes beyond it charming "ye olde English' design. It is veru comfortable- they lay out a breakfast spread that is enviable; and you cak also het omelettes and other breakfast items made to order. The rooms are freshm the elevator is modern and all flass, But the staff is what sets things apart. Svetlana is a manger, and her hospitality sets example for the others. Alina, Vika and the other front desk hostesses will do most anything to accommodate the huest. They were so helpful in looking up addresses online, a skill I have not mastered in the Russian language. I had a minor medical/dental problem , and they assisted in researching a place to treat it as well as calling the dentist to ascertain if they could treat me. Pavel (Pasha)and Dmitriy helped me immeasurably, advising me on local attractions, currency exchange in off hours, thinhs that turn a pending problem into an insignificant accomplishment. Alexandr wwas also helpful. The crew including Peter, at the bar accommodated my unending need for Coca Cola Zero and ice and snacks at all hours.. This hotel is the pkace for me in Odessa

Review 29：This hotel is really awesome. I travel for leisure and business many times, and it is difficult to rate any other facility above this one. That includes th bigger places in New York City Hawaii, and Colombia as well as a dozen Caribbean islands. What fuels the comfort here is the staff, Alina, Pavel, Lana, Natalial and Alexander all took special time for me to accomplish various tasks that my business had interrupted my stay perform. I used the breakfast included feature; and the spread they put out was both very diversified and had the individual touch. The waitress Nina was always there when I needed a refill of coffee, The bar staff as a group were very polite and prompt. They made me feel like I was a valued guest. Room service is not my choice usually, but anytime I needed a diket coke with Ice or a couple cups of coffee, it was produced in 15 minutes or less. This is the place for a great stay in Odessa,

Review 30：The beds were very firm and the pillows were too soft for my liking. You have to use your card key to power the room. If you leave your room to go to the store, you have to remove your key card which will shut off the air conditioner. The room will be hot when you return. It takes the air conditioner a while to lower the room temperature.

Review 31：The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Most of the staff spoke English, but at varying levels. They were very helpful with me making special arrangements to get my second room early so I could decorate it for my fiancee.

Review 34：- There is almost nothing bad with the hotel. - It is not the hotel but the taxi driver at the airport is trying to cheat you. Be carefull. They ask about 20$ for travelling between airport-hotel. It is 5$ in general. The hotel will help you to find a taxi with reasonable price.

The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!

Review 76：My stay at this hotel was the most pleasant of surprises in my 40 plus years of traveling. Looking for a hotel in a strange city, I was referred online to several hotels that friends in Odessa warned me away from.I got onto the London and my friends did not know anything negative, so I booked there.From \my arrival, I was very pleased. The facility is a British motif, and very classy. It is somewhat dark at the front desk, but very elegant with a lot of mahogany and granite; like an old school hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The lady at the front desk Ekaterina, was extremely helpful, including a good command of English. She was patient with my inane tourist requests, and handled my phone call messages flawlessly. She is a credit to that establishment. Two of the bellman staff, Alex and Alexander, really went out of their way to accommodate me. Alex spent his own time finding a wall converter for my electrical devices that would not work in the standard hotel plugs because of the shape of my plug base being too wide. When I accidentally broke the first one, he went and got me another at a different store because the first store had no more; all on his off time. He was patient in answering my questions about the city and local customs. Alexander helped me solve an online connection problem that had nothing directly involved with his house duty, and very patient with our language barrier. The men at the bar were decked in kilts, and I complimented them and told them of my family tartan from Scotland(Randolph/Rankin). They were very helpful in keeping me in ice for my diet colas which are a little hard to find there. All the other employees were very cooperative and cordial. This hotel does not get enough emphasis on your website- it is a nice clean place. As I said, the lobby is a bit dark by modern luxury resort habits, but that is only because it fits into the design it is imitating..old school Britsh hotel.
