Review 3：When i came to check-in, the front desk staff told me they have no record of my booking. I had to wait until it's sorted out. The staff was polite and nice though. Hope this could be rectified. Room service menu missing from room. In fact, the whole info booklet was not in the room. Water pooling on bathroom floor. My 3yo slipped in the bathroom.

Review 5：1. My room was on the 10th floor and I have to go down (by lift of course) to reception twice as the Receptionist gave me the wrong room information.2. When I open the door and step in the room... WOW!!!! What a bad smell!!! I believe was from the carpet. 3. One of the bulb inside bath room was not working. 4. Aircon leaking after on 3-4 hrs. Can't sleep well as the water leaking sound "tick" "tick" "tick" continuously.

Review 14：I encounter a bad experience with the door. Scan the card, tried to open the door and it didn't open. Tried for few times before I managed to get in to my room but it gives out an annoying alarm as if me and my family broke into the room. But, luckily the alarm didn't last long, only for a couple second.
Review 15：Price was reasonable, the room I'm staying was spacious with one queen bed and a single bed for only RM155 per night including tax. Bathroom quite large with a bathtub and water heater. The view from my room was great, I can see Kuching waterfront far away from me. At night, the view was more interesting with lot of light.

Review 56：The toilet was blocked twice in my short one night stay. One of the major, thought seem small matter, is the hotel uses very low quality toilet paper which causes the blockage of the toilet as the paper won't even dissolve properly in the water.
Review 57：In general, the feeling of staying in this hotel is good due to mostly well set up & interior out look of the hotel. Also the price is great for the stay.
Review 58：We reached at the hotel and attended by a trainee receptionist. I was so disappointed with the the trainee. Ww have to wait almost 30 minutes because the room had not ready. The room suppose to be ready because I have choose my arrival time to check in. Went we reach the room I was disappointed again to see the rooms . She gave us two single bed even though there were another preference room which are 1 double bed and 1 single. The carpet inside the room was dirty and there was no bath slippers.
Review 59：Poor maintenance, bath tab water leaking out to floor, most of the power points in the room were damaged that could not be used. Sitting chair cushion of the writing table also damaged.

Review 71：We booked and stayed at Block B (Old Wing) for four nights from 15 to 18 November. Upon checked in, we were told the type of room we reserved was fully occupied. Thus we were given an upgraded room for the same rate. The following area need improvement. (A) Bath Room Bath Tub Swinging Door - With one-sided swinging door covering the bath tub, some of water scattered on bath room floor during bathing. Suggest to replace with "foldable door". Shower Head Hook Faulty - Not easy to keep the shower head in position during bathing. Basin Water Mixer - Leaking mixer resulted water spill on top of the basin when in use. (B) Breakfast: Nasi Lemak was excellent but in two occasions spoiled by cockroach smell peanuts and sour deep fried tau-fu. We will definitely stay in the same hotel again in future.

Review 77：1. Whoever is manning the front office aught to know if guest(s) has extended stay at the hotel. I have a bad experience with this hotel when one front office staff (a woman) called me (at the time I was in a meeting) with such an unfriendly voice to asked when I should be checking-out when in actual fact I have extended my stay the night before. 2. On my last day of breakfast, I was asked to pay my breakfast just because the staff (a woman) was not able to locate my name/room number on the list for breakfast. She called me to the counter, she dailed the front office number and asked me to speak to the person on the phone. This could be avoided by asking me to check on the list my room number and my name. This incident spoilt my breakfast. I suggest that the management should send the staff for further proper and appropriate training. Actually I like to stay at the hotel, but with those incident I have a second thought with the hotel. Thanks.
Review 78：The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. Especially the one working on our second day. Surrounding the location of the hotel do not have sufficient Halal food places, except for the one and only SCR Cafe downstairs.
