Review 1：Noise from the bowling alley could be heard in our room on the first floor.

Review 2：Staff was helpful and polite, breakfast was delicious, pool was big enough, wi-fi signal was great in our room.

Review 3：Th hotel is located in suborb of Zakopane, it's reachabe only by engage taxi from city center latly at night that the prize is hight.

Review 4：Tatra' hotel is a new built hotel. It's a super clean hotel. Stuff are so friendly. Breakfast is tasty.

Review 5：We could hear the bowling alley in our room on the 3rd floor. The water in the jacuzzi wasnt too warm and not functioning properly.

Review 6：The service was great. The food in general was outstanding! the location was great. Easy access to Krupówki and hikes such as Morskie Oko.

Review 7：Bedrooms need more lighting or planning, could not see into the wardrobe due to its position. The hotel needs more homely touches to appear more welcoming. A separate bar just for drinks would be a good addition. Noise from ten pin bowling can be heard until late at night on the first floor.

Review 9：Wifi does not work in every room, it worked very well in social areas and in our parents' room but we didn't have any signal in our room. Staff don't speak English in the a'la carte restaurant and even if they don't at least they should try and smile and I'd value that. Also many things are in Polish only - info leaflets, signs, they should translate at least the basics. Thankfully the menu in the restaurant was available in English.

Review 11：One of the WORST experience EVER - Ridiculous PRICE They have an offer for 230€ for room! It's more expensive than 4* hotels nearby! - room not ready at 3:00 pm. Had to wait another 30 min - derty, sticky, smelly carpets on corridors and in rooms - no towels at swimming pool. You have to take from rooom but then... hmmm... one towel only... - security door lock inside room broken. Not possible to close for the night - at 7:20 pm (Sunday) no chance to eat or drink. Staff very unpleasent saying "phhh... there are no guests so it's closed" (at least few people were running through building looking for a supper) - breakfast from 08:00 am. Late. Not everyone sleeps until 09:00... - SPA closed... " But if you want they will be here on Monday morning. Maybe..." - no fridge in the room - unpleasent night shift Staff - generally place where client is "disturbing the peace" and should only leave as much cash as possible and they don't make any efforts to provide any standart

Review 17：A szobát 1 hetes tartózkodásunk alatt nem takarították, a törölközőket nem cserélték, a kukát nem vitték el. Nem volt széf és minibár sem. Angol és német nyelvű feliratok nem voltak sehol, kizárólag lengyel nyelvűek. (lehet hogy mindez egy 3 csillagos szállodában máshol is így van, mi eddig 4 csillagos helyeken voltunk) A konditermet, szaunát, billiárdot, bowlingot pénzért lehetett használni. (a booking csak felsorolta ezeket a lehetőségeket, arról nem írt, hogy nincs az árban) A medencék vize hüvös volt, ami mediterrán vidéken tökéletes lenne, de ott tartózkodásunk idelyén felfért a hosszú nadrág, pulóver és esőkabát, szóval jól esett volna meleg vízben lazítani esténként. A WIFI szinte soha nem működött.

Review 18：Távol van Zakopane központjától, így csendes, nyugodt éjszakáink voltak. A buszközlekedés nagyon jó, bármerre hamar eljutottunk. A szobák nagyon tágasak, hegyekre néző ablakokkal, csodaszép a táj. Nagyon ízléses, elegáns az egész szálloda.
