Review 1：There is no "private" beach for hotel guests as advertised. You have to pay if you want beds near the shore. While checkin i signed a document in english which didnt state penalties for staining towels (raspberry jam by my 2 year old) but the manager explained the russian part of document states it Is three times the price of the towel. When i shared this observation they simply said' it states so in Russian"! Now pay up! Also, contruction is going on full swing 10 m behind the hotel...noise was another insanity and rooms werent soundproof as advertised.

Review 5：No outdoor pool as promised on the pictures when we booked.EXTREMELY slow service for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast we had to wait 50 minutes for food although we had pre-ordered the day before.

Review 7：I wanted a regular classical 60 minutes body massage and I've got just a very tired 45 minutes massage. The massage woman was way too unconcentrated at the end of the day. I've got even a bill of more than the actual price listed on their sheet. The unfiendly Manager of the Spa Area convinced me it was my own mistake. I was the one who changed the type of massage. She didn't want to argue at all. I felt like an idiot.

Review 13：The staff were poorly trained. The hotel had a 'run down' feeling. Confused, sports club or hotel? very poor quality restaurant. Terrible bed, double was 2 singles pushed together and had 2 thin quilts. Simply not 5 star, more like 3.

Review 14：I stayed at the Maristella Club in January with a team of Japanese colleagues. All were impressed by the spa (pool, sauna, fitness center), large comfortable rooms. For me, as for the organizer of the trip, as well as flexible service is very important. - Manager and reception girls helped solve any problems and requests- check in at early arrival, breakfast transfer from the date of departure on the day of arrival, and others. A good place for people in a business trip for a good relax before and after work hours in a comfortable hotel with good service.

Review 15：menu was restricted and the hotel is starting to look tired… it needs to invest to maintain its 5 star status!!! i booked the private swimming pool apartment.. but did not use the pool as they did not heat… after many requests!!! was a waist of money… also they failed to take breakfast order for 2 days!

Review 18：I went for a massage and thought that it was going to be from Olga. I was really looking forward to it, was naked, waiting for her. Then Oleg the Ukranian body builder masseur turned up. Very disappointing. Apparently my misunderstanding. Staff at breakfast and in evening had to constantly be beckoned for attention. Not good. There is a restaurant opposite, called Zebra. Very friendly staff but be careful, I was charged double until I questioned the bill, upon which I was told it was a mistake on their computer. Avoid this. Also the pool opposite the hotel is very nice, but although called Maristella, you have to pay for any drinks and food at end of each day. You cannot add to your hotel bill!!

Review 22：If you want to go somewhere and relax and just enjoy your stay then maristella is the hotel for you, it has great facilities including gym a big indoor and outdoor pool, the rooms are really clean and the food is good too, you are right on the beach too. It is not a negative but there is not much to do or see at the hotel apart from what I have mentioned but Arcadia is only 10 minute taxi drive away and the city centre is around 15-20 minutes away so I wouldn't worry. I will 100% stay there again

Review 64：I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way. If you stay at the hotel you can use their spa services or use the pool or gym. They are excellent and primarily why I chose this hotel. The manager, Ilona, is excellent. She was very helpful with any request or question I had. In fact, all of the staff will do their best to make your stay relaxing and convenient. Enjoyable hotel in attractive Odessa.

Review 67：Construction site just right in the front. Every time you have to remindto change bad sheets in the room. Too noisy in the rooms due to poorenoise prevention. No iron and ironing board. Wear out condition of therooms. Stinky closets. Important point: the 4th floor is smoking only.Dont let them fool you by offering non smoking room on the 4th floor.

Review 68：The view from my room (105) onto the un-maintained land . The cost of drinks. Lack of English at the Hotel for overseas visitors like me. Some massages were not good. It will be good if someone can take you through the hotel on arrival, showing the Spa, the gym, telling the visitor how things work, where you get towels, where is the locker rooms, etc.

Review 69：The ladies at reception were very good. The Spa facility was excellent. The ladies at the reception at the Spa, especially Val (I think that is her name) were very good. I woke up in the morningbecause construction works started and noise was huge. Bed gets no 1 inthe most terrrible beds rating. They pretend to be stylish and fashionboutique hotel but in fact is is just a banal try of somebody to make ahotel. Never stay there. It is just too bad.
