Review 1：1. Cleanliness. Room was dusty. Blanket had some dirty spots. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. There are stains on the glass divider. Used toilet paper on the bathroom floor. 2. The hotel could've provided teaspoons with the cups. 3. Noisy cleaning staffs. The hotel should've trained the staff more. They were laughing and talking loudly while tidying up the room across mine. If only they actually work instead of playing around, the room will be clean. 4. Wifi connection is good at the lobby, less than sufficient in the room.
Review 2：1. Location. There are some eateries, 24/7 convenience store, and bars nearby. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Basement parking. For a budget hotel, it's certainly a plus. 4. Room is a bit small but enough for a solo budget traveler. 5. Wide selection of TV channels.
Review 3：I don't like room without windows. Maybe I didnt read thoroughly soI thought a smoking room and non smoking room are rooms either with orwithout window.and yes, I dont like to use paper in the toilet, my room has no pipe hose. Not all westerners use paper! please provide water hose for the pipe near the toilet bowl. there's no door sign. yes i know that the room will need daily cleaning. but not everyone want their room to be intruded..replacing towels and putting in new toilet paper or water bottle are fine but i need door sign i need privacy. i dreamed about the cleaner getting into my room while i was sleeping. opps.. the safety box is not functioning. i guess if my laptop went missing i just blame the hotel. luckily nothing happpen.
Review 4：The malay girl and the guy at the reception counter when I checkedwere very helpful and friendly. After a long tired day everyone needa special greeting like " you have a really nice name"cheers to you.Wifi was really fast... only in lobby. so sad I LOVE PILLOWS.. thank you for the 6 pillows for a queen size bed especially when I stay alone! made me feel like at home. in my own room. near shopping malls and eating place
Review 5：By 12.30pm I already inform the manager on duty pls give us 30 minutesto perform zohor prayer bfore we check out and he said no problem..2Minutes after that the room card automatic unactive.we pray in the darkinside the room.i have many experience stay at so many 5 star hotel butnever treat the guest like this.the system very rude!!
Review 6：I had booking 2 standard twin room. Both also have this problem issue. -The room toilet dont have spray hose. -The bed sheet and quilt cover got few dirt stain, it seems like blood stain and oil stain. Also got some long hair and unknown short curl hair stick on bed sheet. It is TERRIBLE. So i immediately go counter and request room service to change the bedsheet and quilt cover. after changed still the same, a dirt stain on bedsheet and quilt cover. -The second day we went out and request room service. At the night time, after bath and i wanna sleep. I feel that room service staff is lazy to change the bed sheet, it unfold neat & tidy. They just only fold the quilt cover tidy, and the "changed quilt cover" got a dirty stain too!!!... FAINTED!!! I will not go this hotel anymore!!
Review 7：Is near the town, nearby the building got a nice outdoor seafood restaurant location at 6th floor. Not remember what is the name of building. Seafood cheap and fresh. Recommand to all.

Review 12：I chose this hotel as it was supposed to have free wifi for Internet access. Although I was able to connect to their wifi, its server cannot connect to the Internet. When I approached the staff, they nonchalantly brushed it off saying they had been experiencing problems in the past few days and told me to try again later.

Review 88：You had to tap your key card to access the lift - even when you are going down to the ground level floor. There is complimentary WIFI in the hotel lobby which is efficient and fast. However, the 2 computer units in the lobby had very very slow internet connectivity.
Review 89：The staff were friendly and accommodating and willing to help. Upon arrival into Kuching, the airline had lost my luggage. The hotel staff were patient and helpful to call the airline and received my luggage while I was out touring the city. The rooms were clean. Good range of TV cable channels. Complimentary bottled water each day.

The smell in my room was so unbearable that I immediately asked to change to a non-smoking room. But they only had one left, so my friends had to endure the smell for 2 nights!2. No water hose at bathroom (some people like to wash using hose not using tissue paper). Few TV channels only provided. Fridge not functioning but cannot change room due to fully occupied.

He said " cant do anything". The staff laugh so noisy, and the lobby so HOT. There 4 heat machine in laundry, but only 1 available, others malfunction. Still need a lot of improvement.
