Review 17：Staff very well trained and with a very professional approach, similar to 4-5 stars hotels. Room was large, clean and comfortable, well equipped. Breakfast was good. The restaurant in the building next door is very convenient for lunch/dinner. The only downside of this hotel is the location, but that is also compensated by their shuttle service which is not strictly for the airport - they will pick you up from other locations in Otopeni (I went to Otopeni by bus and they picked me up from the bus station, then drove me to the airport at the desired time the following morning.)

Review 18：There was no tea making facilities. You had to go out of the hotel to the restaurant, as two women travelling together this was slightly frightening as it was dark. Also even though the food was tasty, we didn't feel very welcome, and felt really uncomfortable, also the men in the restaurant were smoking

They had a shuttle service to the airport and they are located 7 minutes from the airport so it was very good since we had an early flight. Review 32：Whilst breakfast is served in the hotel, you need to go to the restaurant next-door for other meals. It had the atmosphere of a bar for locals more than a restaurant (big screen TV etc.) The evening meals we had were fairly poor. However they were cheap at around 4-5 Euros for a main course.

Review 33：This is very much an airport hotel (nothing much else in the local area) but is perfect for this. Staff very helpful, took our suitcases to our rooms and arranged a free shuttle bus to the airport for us at 5.00am. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Our bathroom had a lovely Jacuzzi-style shower (although not all rooms have this). They have a choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms so be sure to tick the correct box.

Review 37：I sent an email requesting an early check in as my flight was arriving at midnight and a shuttle. They emailed back saying ok and the shuttle would come pick me up. I arrived, No shuttle. I waited an hour (I had come from Kenya, so I had no credit on my phone). I walked around looking for the shuttle driver. Eventually, I booked a taxi and went to the hotel. They did not have my booking for that night but the next night. He said that the shuttle driver was at the airport and had been there the whole time. A complete lie as I had seen the shuttle leave the hotel as my taxi approached. He then explained that the shuttle was picking up someone else. Now if my booking was for the next day, why would the shuttle be at the airport 24hrs before to pick me up? Then, the receptionist started arguing with me about not booking the hotel correctly, how i should book in future. I had travelled for almost 24 hours with no sleep. I asked if I was getting a room or i should find another hotel cause i was tired and i wanted to sleep. That's when he said he had one room left and that he would give it to me. Then he started to give me another lecture of how to book hotels with them in the future. I told him i would not return. If this is how u treat customers, tired after a long journey, after emails were sent making requests and accepting them, I left. So, tis was my second time there, arriving late and requesting a shuttle. First time was fine. This time was not good. And, I got a smoking room! smh

Review 75：This was not the first time I stayed here. The main feature of the hotel is the proximity to the airport and the fact that they transfer you for free to the airport. Additionally, the hotel looks great, it's clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is definitely not the strong point but the main purpose of the hotel is to spend a night before a flight or in-between flights.

Review 76：Lowest price with no option for breakfast (from the bookings website). Corroded and not working properly shower, damaged furniture, heating in to the bedroom was not working.

Review 85：It is a little bit hard to find if you don't have a navigation, because it is in a very small street in a kind of a street labyrinth. The hot water comes very slowly, you are almost ready to give up waiting for it.
