Review 1：Poor location Rooms in need of serious refurbishment First room had a cockroach, second room toilet was broken and used as a dirty laundry store where cleaners let themselves in and out. All inclusive...but had to buy our own drink, cold food, found a caterpillar In salad The list is endless

Review 3：The food!!! they have everything but there is no quality, no taste, no . The ice cream and cakes are very poor. There is no water in the restaurant, we were obliged to buy water every day from outside before going to the restaurant.
Review 4：The staff, the swimming pools, the rooms, the aqua Parc, the toboggans, the animation with squetch and dancing scenes.
Review 5：The hotel is in need of makeover and is very run down. They ran out of towels and reception were bordering on rude in their attitude about it. When asked what I was supposed to do without a towel the employee shrugged and walked away. The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner is below standard. Limited choice and badly cooked. All inclusive drinks are of very poor quality - watered down coke etc. If you want water it is served in a plastic disposable cup. Not good considering the heat and need to remain hydrated, but you can buy bottles in the hotel shop. Very noisy at night if you have a room facing the beach. Loud music until 2-3am. Only stay here if you are desperate...

Review 7：The cooking and food staff need to be trained better, since they mix alot with customers and set + eat with them at same time witch effect badly on catering service. Also some if the reception staff always angry and speak loudly in the hotel. I think most of hotel staff need urgently to take small courses to learn the etiquette and be polite with each other before dealing with tourists..
Review 8：The hotel is close to the beach and the city center..also I would like to thank the animation staff..they are hard-working and doing there best to serve clients.
