Offering free access to an outdoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub, Hotel Belvedere is located 0.6 miles from the centre of Brasov, on the road leading to Poiana Brasov, and boasts panoramic views of the city and the Postavaru and Bucegi Mountains.
The comfortable and stylishly decorated rooms have individual air conditioning and are equipped with a computer, a flat-screen cable TV, a safety deposit box and a minibar. Cozy slippers and a warm bathrobe are provided in the bathrooms. Most units also feature a balcony.
On the top floor there is a restaurant for up to 150 people serving delicious Romanian dishes as well as international cuisine. The Belvedere restaurant also has panoramic views over the mountains.
Weddings, business meetings and team-building events can be organised here. Also, upon request, outdoors hiking and sightseeing trips, as well as ski lessons, can be organized. Shuttle transfers to Poiana Brasov and to Henri Coanda Airport are available at a surcharge.

Review 1：Lovely modern accommodation, clean and crisp. The hotel has a nice hilltop location above Brasov but not far away and fancy dining restaurant. The food was a very unusual mixes of flavours, but beautifully presented and good value by UK standards

Review 2：Location is a bit far. It's up far in the mountains. About a 20 minute walk. There is a bus but it stops farther away from the hotel, so you have to walk for 10 minutes down the highway, always on the lookout for cars not to run you over. The hotel is good, but it is not conveniently located at all. Be careful with the taxis as the drivers overcharge you plenty.

Review 14：Room we were giving firstly was very small and because we were there for three weeks i wanted it changed to which they did but it wss directly under the restaurant and was very noisy

Review 15：The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of Brasov (approx 15 mins). Both our rooms had panoramic views of the city of Brasov. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious and value for money. The hotel is located on the road to Poiana Brasov.

Review 18：located in the hills just behind Brasov there is a lovely view of the surrounding area and over into the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a properly wonderful first class restaurant with more great views. It is easy to walk down into town but not so great on the way back up but a taxi from the station or town is less than £3.

Review 26：Hotel management and staff need prepare more information for guests, so to reduce the effort to look for: 1. How to use the phone to dial front desk (no instructions and dialing 0, which is standard, doesn't work). 2. Make sure room has all remotes, so guest doesn't have to go ask for it. 3. Make sure safe works or key is available when the lock battery is dead. 4. Have information about how laundry works, so guest doesn't have to ask for it. Also, the apartment is advertised as having a kitchenette, which it does, but with the big caveat that there are no plates, cups, cutlery, or a place to heat food. The only things in it are a sink and a water boiler. Cupboards and shelves are empty as in the day they were installed. Guests shouldn't have to ask for these things. These things would've made a full home away from home.

Review 27：I liked the view from our apartment, looking directly at Tampa, the size of it, how quiet it was (except for one Saturday night when there some sort of a party at the restaurant). Wi-Fi router and computer in the room - that was different. Walking distance (downhill) to White Tower and historic center. Restaurant is well known in Brasov and food is good, but pricier for Romania standards. I liked the staff I interacted with - all very nice!

Review 28：The only thing I can fault is location, it is not located far from the city center of Brasov it infact only takes around 15 minutes walk to get to the center. It is however an incredibly steep walk back up to the hotel. Very steep.

Review 30：noisy location - they are probably expanding, so next to them there is another hotel being built. Therefore a lot of noise... Besides, the Belvedere hotel has only 2 floors, therefore all the ground floor outside noise can be heard....

Review 32：The staff was very nice, room looked good, very clean. Since the hotel is not in the city center, it's very quiet and the view from the restaurant upstairs is very beautiful. The hotel is 20 mins walk away from the center of the city (or you can take a quick cab).

Review 44：It is a "plastic fantastic" small hotel with lovely and very helpful staff. When we arrived, they had a party and couldn't sleep at all. But then it was a quite hotel. Rooms are nice at glance, you've got a computer in your room to use but if you look in detail quality is poor.

Review 51：The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi but no shower. We had lunch in the restaurant and while we order we found the waiter to be a bit rude while we were asking about the some dishes . I order a dish with beef and asked to be medium done ,it came raw,absolutely raw which i couldnt eat ..the waiter offered to have my dish taken back and put back on the pan but i refused. When the bill came, it was on the bill ... i didn't argue as its not in my nature but i find it unprofessional taking in consideration that they are so proud in showing their winning restaurants awards all over the walls. I recommend the hotel but don't eat in the restaurant .
