Review 1：A new outside wall paint works will definitely make the hotel looks more attractive. Also to improve the landscape & pool area.

The parking on the first night of my stay was difficult due to a wedding reception. The executive lounge served the same food as in coffee house which was disappointing. We do not mind less variety but should be different from those in coffee house.

Review 69：Hygiene was bad, bathroom was not properly cleaned, also after we complained. They just do not clean the walls, all kinds of stains. No apologies when we complained that there was urine on the toilet seat. Breakfast was pretty much ok, but the restaurant felt like a basement and was not a nice place to hang around. Service at the pool was minimal, we had to get our towels at the reception every time again. If you expect the 'royal treatment' they promise, you'll be disappointed.

Review 91：This is a great hotel for a relaxed stay in Kuching. It's in easy walking distance of the town centre, and overlooks the bustle of the river. There's a good cocktail bar where you can sit outside if the karaoke gets carried away. Service and food were excellent.

Review 92：We were there for a family function. The hotel AV's Facilities are a bit limited and are not at par with newer hotels. Hotel's exterior looks tired and seasoned and looks like something from the 70's. An external makeover is needed .... badly.

Told the house keeping who was near by n was a bit hesitant to clean our room again. 2nd day- seems they only make the bed as the hotel mugs were not clean. 3rd day- missing facial towels. 4th n 5th - same story no small towels. Review 131：The position of the hotel is excellent. It is on the banks of the river & the walk along the esplanade is wonderful. Fort Margharita is a quick boat ride across from the hotel. The old bazaar is a short distance & has many wonderful things to look at or buy for reasonable prices. There is a shopping complex next door with money changer in the basement level, as well as a supermarket & on a higher level there is a very good chemist. KFC is on the ground level if you are looking for some fast food. Almost everything you will need is very close to the hotel.
