Review 1：We booked 4 rooms, and one twin room was in fact a suite with a double bed and a mattress on the floor in a second room, looking like an attic with very steep stairs. My colleague and I ended up sleeping in the large bed together, which was not what we asked for.

Review 2：The atmosphere and design of the property, the cleanliness, the breakfast (they even had pancakes!). The room with a view had a view of Piata Sfatului and we could see the Christmas tree from the bed, it was fantastic !

Review 3：I didn't like breakfast. Coffee was awful, I found hair in pancake. Room were small. There is no lift so it was difficult to get to the room with luggage.

Review 5：We have stayed in room no. 3. (Junior suite) and it was quite rubbish. There is quite a big difference between the photos and the reality. There were -10 degrees Celsius outside and the heat was running on low so we asked for extra heating appliances. On booking it says that the junior suite has 2 twin beds and a king-sized bed and we received 2 twin beds and an extensible sofa. The walls are quite thin and the windows are not insulated at all.The furniture might be described as 'antique' but in reality it's really old and it looks awful. Also not to mention the squeaky doors and the creaking floors. As for the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the bathtub was full of yellow nasty stains, and we had no curtains in the bathroom. All of this problems would have been ignored if I was staying on a cheap hostel, not when I'm paying 90€ for a night! P.S. No parking nearby so be prepared to carry your luggage and once you get to the hotel you can find out they don't have an elevator or anyone to help you with your luggage. The breakfast was pretty average.

Review 16：The WiFi reception is very poor in the rooms, this is not acceptable in 2015 as it can easily be solved by installing wifi repeaters. Unfortunately there was no parking in front of the hotel, but that's only a minor nuisance.

Review 17：The towels were shaped as animals, that is a cute touch. The staff was very friendly, front desk staff spoke excellent English, and everybody always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options. You cannot beat the location. The hotel interior is fantastic, very cozy and romantic. We will be back!

Review 18：-parking is far away from the hotel (min 5 minutes walking distance, depending on availabilities) -the hotel's floor&doors are noisy (being an old house) -some rooms are having a way better view than others

Review 27：One of the rooms was down the end of a corridor, when you came out of the room, the lights in the corridor did not come on and there were two steps to navigate in the dark, discovered after my sister fell up one and banged her head on the other, management were good once advised, so hopefully this will be rectified

Review 29：Just a couple warnings. The hotel is close to a few churches. You will hear church bells all the time. Also I was in room 19 (single room), which is under the slanted roof. If you are much taller than me (5'4" or 163cm) you will hit your head on the roof. Even I had to watch my head but overall the room was great.

Review 30：This hotel has a great location. It is walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. I found the staff to be very helpful and available to answer questions. I did find the Wi-Fi cut in and out a bit on my phone when I was in my room but was otherwise quite fast. Overall, a great place to stay and even with the couple negatives I mention, I would stay here again.

Review 33：Parking can be a challenge. You will need to park a few hundred metres away because the hotel is on the square. Hopefully the hotel will be able to sell you 24 hour parking tickets otherwize you will take your chances on a ticket.

Review 35：The wonderful location has a downside. Check to see what city events are happening before you go. We were there during (September) Oktoberfest. The festival was great fun, so that was a plus. But the music was very loud and ran late. Then when it was finally over, they broadcast a professional football game on the big screen. The room was not air conditioned, which would have been no problem except we could not shut out the noise. None of this is the Hotel's fault, of course, but it's just something to look out for.

Review 36：The location, right on the lovely central square, is perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful. They gladly shared their knowledge of their city, which was new to us, and had all kinds of good advice. One even helped us obtain some homemade tsuica, my new addiction!

Review 55：On our check in Valy was on the desk. Valy was very pleasant, professional and helpful . Location was great but I would recommend booking a room at the back. We had a front room which we found very noisy fronting onto the square. Also the curtain was very thin and the room not very dark at night. However I would highly recommend this hotel, great breakfast and very big rooms that were very clean.

The next morning she wasn't there and instead a man told us that we couldn't leave our one small bag in reception. After we insisted he said he could leave it by the front door. He also scoffed when we were taking the bus to Bran Castle and said it would be too difficult for us. Well we ended up taking our luggage with us.

Sofa was filthy I would not sit on it, dust and crumbs around the edges. Wifi was non existent in our room. The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor as the drain couldn't cope with the volume of water. Kettle provided... No cups. Would not recommend.
