Review 1：Xmas is a very sad time for me so coming to this resort was a big mistake. I came to Thailand to try and escape the whole thing but this place went completely OTT, the worst being all the cheesy xmas songs at night in the restaurant - I used room service a lot because of this. Location is very isolated, a little on-site shop would be useful.

Review 2：Staff great and extremely helpful. The food was excellent, especially breakfast. Accommodation a bit tatty but kept clean and tidy.

Review 4：Wonderful setting, Thai style houses in a tropical garden in the middle of the Pattaya/Jomtien urban area, right at the beach side of the Dongtan stretch, which is the most quiet stretch of the Jomtien beach where cars aren't allowed and the water front is blocked from jet skiing and speed boats. The resort's pool areas are really enjoyable for relaxation too, we loved to just sit and watch the couple of squirrels in the trees that are fed by the pool staff. Fantastic staff all around, from reception, restaurants, house keeping and parking lot that manages the shuttle service. This was a four-day relaxing getaway for myself and my Thai girlfriend, we will return whenever possible.

Review 7：The owners and staff at this property could not be more welcoming. They treated us so well and nothing was ever a problem. The location is terrific right on the beach and it was great having breakfast so close to the water.

Review 8：A bit far from main road; you can quickly order tuk on reception which takes you to the main road, however you have to walk quite a distance upon return from town. Breakfast was good but mostly same menu all the days. Lunch/dinner is available in the hotel restaurant however we prefered to go out for wider choice and a bit better price.

Review 9：Very nice and comfortable room. Green exotic territory like in the garden! You can have sun bed next to pool and go swimming to sea just 40 meters. Reasonably good Wi-Fi. Personnel is very good and helpful although sometime difficult to understand their English :-)

Review 10：We were back in 506; a bit of a walk to the front area. The more noticeable and perhaps unavoidable problem was the small sandflies and mosquitoes which made it uncomfortable to sit on the balconies for long. But with windows closed, the insects did not invade the rooms though.

Review 11：The very quiet resort even though the cottages are close to each other. Small but tasty breakfast selection. Helpful staff at Reception, particularly when they suggested a quick, economical convenient way to get back to Bangkok. The beach at the front gate.

Review 12：The rooms can be a hit and miss. No two rooms are alike and some are better laid out and feel more cozy. Some not so much. We got the not-so-good one, whose a/c was very noisy. It felt like the noise the rushing wind makes when you stick your head out of a moving -- except it went on the whole night. All the cottages are tightly packed together so there is not much of a view but it's not a big deal.

Review 13：The staff is really nice. Very polite and friendly. We were a group of four in two rooms, and they allowed us late check out for one room even though it was a long weekend. We ended up leaving early though. It was the birthday of one person in our group and the chef baked her a breakfast cake and the staff came around to wish her. Delightful. The location is great. Right in front of a nice clean beach, and the resort itself is far from Pattaya sleaze. The rain shower in the bathroom was awesome.

Review 14：The rooms were little bit dark during the day due to too many trees around. Not really a complain, but it would be better to get an option during the booking on the kind of room one may prefer

Location with respect to beach - it's close to main beach, but is still have a privacy with much less number of people around compared to rest of Pattaya 3. We had to cut short our trip due to sickness. Both booking.com and the hotel was prompt to refund the money almost immediately. Really appreciate that gesture

Review 18：I have nothing negative to say at all, really. The only possible downside of the location is that it's quite a long way into the main part of Pattaya (25 mins, maybe in a taxi?), so if you're thinking of 'nipping' into town a lot, it may not be for you. But if, like me, after the relentless hustle of Bangkok, you just want somewhere to relax for a few days, it's ideal.

Review 19：The location is delightful - right on a very quiet stretch of beach (rare for Pattaya), with no cars allowed down the road in front of the hotel. The facilities were really excellent - very comfortable room (individual small apartments, really, one above the other in 2-storey 'villas'), very nice shaded pool area, helpful, friendly staff. Overall, for the location and the quality of the place, I'd say it is genuinely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

Review 20：It was not a big issue for us, but comparing with our first stay in 2014 we found out some drawbacks: - no sun loungers/umbrellas on the beach.

Review 22：Initially we were given Antique room which was not well furnished, but later on we were upgraded and we had a wonderful room near the Pool which made our experience memorable. Since we had a 8 month old kid, we wanted a good kitchen, but the antique room had bare minimum utensils.

Review 40：We loved everything. Quite bungalows which are surrounded by palm Trees. We had a room on the second floor and it was like living in the Tree-house in the jungle. Very private atmosphere. We had microwave oven, kettle and fridge in the room. Also there were slippers, bathrobe and pool towels. Very polite, friendly and nice stuff. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect. The breakfast was also very nice. Also we loved children pool. we enjoyed it a lot. Pool is also surrounded with the palm trees and orchids.

Review 42：It's close to walk from a terminal of buses from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Pattaya. Close to beach, and so convenient. You can order drinks and foods on the beach. The dishes of the restaurant are great. Especially, lunch sets are so nice.

Review 43：My only complaint is that the beach outside the resort is totally covered in sun lounges and packed full of people. We had thought that it would be much quieter down that end. Also, once you get out of the peaceful, lovely resort, you realise you are in the middle of Pattaya with all it's unsavoury elements, a bit unsuitable for impressionable young children!

Review 45：The concept of this hotel is to offer a chic stay in a traditional Thai atmosphere. The rooms are like little cottages decorated in a classical and elegant Thai style near a pool. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, light...The vegetation around the rooms is luxurious too. And the beach is just 50 metres far. Nice staff and well assorted breakfast. A must if you go to (South) Pattaya.

The owner (Mrs Rabbit) introduced herself and suggested that we contact her, if there was anything that we required. I thought courtesy like that was extinct!
