Review 3：Car reservation was very wrong. Asked more money. Didn't accept my insurance. I can not find anyone to complain. I need urgently to talk to someone.

Review 5：The receptioner’s are friendly and English speaking and the location is quiet and surrounding with many plants, flowers and trees.

Review 6：Top of the list has to be wi fi! The Wi fi signal in this hotel can only be described as useless! Internet is so slow you would be quicker sending a pigeon! Single room was very small and shower not at all powerful and drain blocked and a bit mouldy. Hotel was like a ghost town when I went in October! This hotel is miles away from Odessa!!!!!!!!! Every other hotel I have stayed in, in Odessa, the price for two people to stay is the same as one. Here it is per person so very expensive!

Review 9：I chose this hotel for the swimming pools, the 20m inside pool and the lido, and they didn't disappoint.

Breakfast is a little bit small but this is small hotel as well. Dear Hotel please keep it up! I advertised you to all my friends. Please don't step back and perform as before. You are great!

Review 12：Many of the families had young, well behaved children. Outside pool was excellent. Food was good though only sometimes spectacular. Spa doctor was helpful to me prescribing effective medicine for the vertigo attack I was having. Massage relaxing but nothing outstanding, but they were told to be careful with me.

Review 19：No bicycles for rent or any other sport activities except swimming in the pool .Taxi ordered by receptionist is 3 times more expensive comparing to regular prices. Medical center is well -equipped and makes a serious impression, however never keeps promises to call you back regarding this ot that treatment. Maybe lack of specialists during autumn time when we stayed in the hotel.

Review 20：Good hotel, well-trained staff, good facilities and nice and clean pool and spa-center. Fresh and tasty breakfast and nice food in hotel lobby-bar. Rooms are big and comfortable. Distance to the beach is around 200 meters.Clean sandy beach ,but not a big one. Хороший отель, можно рекомендовать всем.

Review 21：We decided to take a private tour of Odessa. The front desk quoted aprice of 900 Hrivna, but then called us later and said the price was1000. At check out time we found out that the hotel management decidedto add another 100 Hrivna to the bill because the tour company called upand said they wanted more.

Review 24：The hotel is situated approx 50 minutes from the city centre in Odessa. There is a bus service approx every 10 minutes from outside the hotel. If you are going to Odessa with a view to spending your time sightseeing in the city then you would have to bear the journey time in mind. If you are looking to spend a couple of days sightseeing but also want to have a relaxing time by the pool then the hotel would be ideal.

Review 25：The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. The hotel was ideal for a relaxing break. Don't be put off if you don't know any Russian I got by for 5 days with little or no understanding of the language.
