Review 1：A bit difficult to find. Located in a fairly busy residential neighborhood.

Review 21：There are many problems with this location,including functionality and security issues. Although the villas look basically as advertised and are private, with good design and a caring staff there are several major other drawbacks.First of all, it is quite far from anything, and you MUST have a car.There is NO FOOD or water or beverages of any kind available at your villa location or within walking distance. Period. Even if you do rent a car, it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to find this location. We did all the research and mapped it on Google prior to arrival. It looked simple enough, but it did not help. Info. on Google was limited and inaccurate, as it did NOT indicate all the winding backroads and side streets needed in order to navigate and arrive at these Villas, which are located deep within a very Local neighborhood, and which is NOT a vacation or resort area. There are no directional signs in English until you actually arrive at the "office" & it is Extremely Difficult to find. Hardly anyone in area speaks English, and if they do, they haven't heard of this place either. Even the main roads do not have the numbers assigned to them on the maps sign posted on the roads, making maps next to useless. Good luck getting someone on the telephone who works at the office and who can assist you with directions. They will give you some directions, but are incomplete and you will remain lost & frustrated, possibly for hours!There are no phones in the villas, so be sure to ask and they will provide a cell phone for you. Electricity is NOT included in price, so you are paying additional charges, which include pool pumps & filters, all utilities which, of course, include air-conditioning. Towels are extremely limited; just one per person for the bath and no beach towels. There are only two changes of towels during the week, and one of ours was scheduled for Monday after we had arrived late Sunday night.

Review 24：There were many broken light bulbs. The broken light bulbs in the bathroom stop us from showering in it. But once inform the staffs quickly organize replace for us straight away. Also 2 of the toilets were clogging up from normal usage. Again problem was solve quickly after informing the staffs.

Review 26：The villa is not the one pictured on the review or on the website. Onlysimilar. Our villa was new, cute but unfinished. No coffe cups, no towelracks, only two chairs by the pool (and we were five), no pool/beachtowels and no umbrella; not enough towels for daily use; living room hadno center table and is dangerous (people will bang their head againstthe wall wooden panels), pool does not function properly (water does notcirculate); there was no soap in bathrooms, not enough toilet paper, andmost importantly, maid service was advertised as twice a week and wasonly provided once a week - very mediocre service (maids were notprofessionally trained and job was very poor). Maids had not cleantowels nor clean bed sheets. No garbage cans at all, anywhere inside thevilla. Garbage from the garage was never collected in 8 days. Some ofour daily problems were fixed slowly, but this forced us to stay homewaiting for maids/workers to come, had little privacy, and our stayas "guineapigs" became a full time job (sending emails andmaking phone calls telling the administration every single thing thatwas missing and/or not working properly. This is the first time inor lives our vacation became a headache. Will not recommend this companyto anyone and will never return.
