Review 1：The bath tube was dirty, they don't provide at least a bottle of water, the staff is very unhelpful, I had to wait 15 min to go to the airport because the driver was somewhere, the wifi in the room was not working and the room itself was very noisy I could hear the voices of other people staying in the other rooms

I even called to complain about the wifi and I was told by the receptionist that wifi was only at reception. Review 75：I've been using Hotel Charter for several years whenever I need to pick up or drop off guests at Otopeni Airport, so I've been able to experience steady improvements in facilities and services. I usually have a group, so book the suites, which are very good value. Free airport shuttle (it's only 10 minutes away) , free covered parking, breakfast available from 3:30 am for early travellers, and friendly staff all make this an excellent choice for people flying in and out of Bucharest.

Review 90：I forget my vallet and passasports everything in my freeback. It was waiting for me in the information office, when I come back two hour later, allthough the room was cleaned. Breakfast was very good and personal was very polite in the breakfast room.

Review 91：1 - Electrical sockets hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. 2 - Lots of mold and crumbling plaster on the bed room walls. 3 - Old and dirty mattress underneath sheet. 4 - Photos do not reflect what you get in the room. 5 - Rusted and corroded bath room fittings and joining. 6 - Plenty of dead flies around the windows. 7 - WIFI only available on the last flight of stairs leading to reception. I took my own photographs in order to compare them to the ones on Booking.com and the difference is staggering...

Review 94：The quilt was too short and thin for me. (The nights were cold in the room during my stay). The washbasin in the bathroom was ridiculously small. It was a real stunt to wash my face there. The synthetic orange juice for breakfast. Only one kind of toast bread, no fresh pasrties. Nearly half of the TV channels had very poor picture quality. The TV was set to wake me up at 6 a.m. Be avare of this and try to check and disable this function to don't have unpleasant surprise early in the morning.

The rooms are large and comfortable, great cleanliness into the room and also the bathroom. You have everything you need inside the room.The wi fi works great even at the 3rd floor where we had the room. The breakfast is served downstairs and is the basic choice for a continental breakfast but enough to be ok. They serve breakfast starting 3.30 am till 10 am which is a great deal for those having the flight early in the morning. They have a great private parking lot where you can also leave the car for an extra payment while travelling. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 100：Lighting in the room and bathroom was absolutely terrible, too dim. Small sink in the bathroom. The lights went off at 4 am when I had to pack my stuff and leave, the only source of light was my laptop that's how I managed not to leave anything behind.

The breakfast is available from 3 o'clock in the morning, that is for early morning departures and it satisfies all possible requirements. You can leave the car at the hotel and the airport trasfer is ensured. I strongly recommend this hotel from all points of view because I have stayed there for many times and I have even future reservations.
