Review 1：- you cannot choose your room using booking so a random room will be given to you - early check-in, last check out is not permited - the address from the booking site will redirect you to Belvedere Hotel - breakfast in room is not allowed - the guy from the reception took first of us a couple that arrived after us A lot of limitations , the personal looks like some guardians that are looking at you to not make something not allowed always. Unfortunately you don't feel like a quest but more like someone that is bothering the personal.

Review 3：Usually we stayed at Baldachin room, but in our last trip we took the only available one, Provence. Although before arriving we talked on the phone with the receptionist and told him we will arrive at 14:00, the room was not cleaned from previous clients. We stayed half an hour to get it ready, and after we installed we saw that the shower was broken, spreading water all over the place and there was no shower gel. The breakfast is also decreasing its quality from year to year. Moreover, due to all this inconvenience at the end of our stay, the receptionist told us that he would have warned us that the room is not the best choice. So, why bother spending 90 EUR on such conditions.

Review 4：The only slight downside was that the Wi-Fi didn't extend to our room but we could connect in the hallway so it was fine

Review 5：The hotel was lovely, the room was very spacious, very well decorated and laid out, the staff couldn't do more to help and it was in a nice location with a lovely view. I would definitely recommend this to hotel to others!

Review 6：The staff wasn't very nice, quite rude. Very noisy rooms, the bed sheet & towels were very used and torn...Not exactly the quality and the level of service expected for the price

Review 8：The single thing i didn't like was the fact that the hotel didn't took into consideration the room which i selected on booking. They allocate another suite, very nice also but i don't think that this is very professional, to change the room and don't inform the guest!

Review 14：Lead to believe all suites had a hot tub which is why we booked. Very disappointed not to have one, that's why we chose it. Staff not very friendly or helpful during our stay. Asked for a bottle of prosecco and had to ask for glasses then an ice bucket seperately. Mistakenly came down for breakfast early (our fault entirely) but just received an "it's early" from the man, no offer of a coffee or to wait or even a good morning. Shame as when we came to collect our luggage the ladies were so friendly and welcoming....weekend staff must be the B team.

Review 23：It's not the easiest place to find - ignore google maps directions! It's on the main road from Brasov to Poiane. Also our shower had no power, standing in light drizzle would have been more effective!

Review 35：It was far from the city center (20 min walk down the hill). The good thing is that taxies are cheap and you can avoid climbing up.

Review 36：Very cosy and quiet hotel. The room was very spacious and we even had a garden terrase with a view. The breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh juice and fruits

Review 37：Due to the hard surface/wall materials in the hallway the place is a little noisy, would help to apply some materials to dampen sounds. Breakfast is great, but the bread isn't, could do with some better quality/tasting rolls.

Breakfast (except the bread) is great with fresh juices and fruits, eggs, various cheeses and meats, etc. Location is just outside Brasov, you could walk to the center once you know the route, taxi's might take some convincing to take you back the hotel as it is a very short ride for them..

Breakfast buffet is not very large but has very good quality and variety of products. Receptionist is very cool guy. The waiter in the restaurant very helpful. Highly recommended. Must stay there if you visit Brasov.

Review 46：Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and silent Hotel. The Hotel is a little bit outside the city center, but therefore it is in the green and very silent. The distance to city center you can walk easily in 20 -25 minutes. As it is a bit on top of a hill, you have very nice view by walking down and you may find some secret ways :-) The breakfast was good with lot of fresh fruits and freshly pressed orange juice. No problem to park the car

Review 47：The bathroom could be cleaned better. I hate when the matress of the king size bed is divided into two single matresses, it's really not comfortable when you're a couple.

This hotel happens to be , in my opinion , what I truly understand by a boutique hotel : absolutely gorgeous rooms and bathrooms , different one from another , a perfect ten in eclectic design , spotless clean , delicious breakfast , wonderfully professional yet friendly staff . It is luxurious yet not ostentatiously so and it is ideally positioned on the green slopes of Brasov yet not far from it , if one chooses to visit this lovely city! Review 50：I would not recommend ground floor rooms, there are too noisy I didn't like massage room, it's improvised, the hotel doesn't have a real spa area, that's too bad because it's a beautiful hotel We didn' t like, also , that saturday , the day we arrived, workers were repairing stairs, so the entire day was quite noisy

Review 52：A little far out of Brasov - you would probably need to have a car. A 5minute drive up a steep hill from central Brasov. A little hard to findeven with Sat Nav - but if you ring they gave us great directions. A bitout of the way of restaurants/shops - no trouble if you have a car.

Review 56：Be warned in summer. This hotel does NOT have air con or a fan. Open the windows for a breeze but run the guantlet of the mosquitoes. Romantic double room has an incredibly squeaky bed! Still with the tropical night temperature thats not a problem.

Review 58：Though Chambers 'n Charm Hotel is a bit outside of the city of Brasov,the hotel staff is more than willing to call a taxi to take guests tothe city--and the ride is a very inexpensive one. The hotel is quite beautiful--set on a hillside with beautiful views and with each room being unique.Breakfast was also quite good.

Review 59：The design of the rooms is very chic but the bed mattress was way too soft and not comfortable.

Review 60：When we first arrived we wanted to cancel our booking. We came with my in-laws who are 80 years of age and most rooms have in room stairs and the staircases don't have any railings to hang on to. We were too worried that one of them could stumble and fall. In the end the hotel manager proposed two rooms which were on the ground floor not involving any stairs. That was a good solution for us and we stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was superb. The best and most fresh we had across Romania where we generally found food to be of poor quality. All in all, great staff and service.
