Review 1：The gym looks good on the outside, but the machines need some serious maintainence. Too many Indians, felt like a Little India.

TV quality was unwatchable, shower head poured water everywhere other than on you and after securing a room with a double bed I find two single beds pushed together. I would stay closer to the beach next time. I had to taxi it around every day.

Review 15：I have stated here before and I really love coming here. The location is great. It is away from the noise. I alway stay in the superior deluxe suites as they have balcony and all rooms overlook the pool

Review 16：Indian guests because: they keep steering at the girls near pool, they are noisey & even shut the doors so loudly to make nearby room guests wake up; stop the lift for long just to wait for some other friend of their to come. Looks like most of them haven't travelled abroad much.

Review 26：Requested online for early check in as we will be arriving around 1pmbut instead we arrived way much earlier at 12.30noon. Upon arrival thestaff told us to wait till 2pm for check in. As I wasn't feelingwell and wanted to rest I demanded for fast check in as I felt uneasywaiting at the lobby. Still they told me only 2pm can check in. Afterawhile, my husband went to them and pass some cash, and we went to smokeoutside the hotel. When we went back to sit at the lobby, they told us,our room is ready. I am like, "WHAT the HELL??" If only I knewthat if we gave them money, we can get room faster, I would have done soway earlier given my condition as such(having fever and still waiting atthe lobby).And during my stay, the water slide is on renovation. It defeat the purpose of my stay as well. And they should at least inform when guest that are going to book the hotel that the water slide is on renovation. I believe some family with kids is much disappointed as I am. As kids love the water slide and adults too. Room service sucks. They don't change the bed sheet or comforter cover, they only toss it around till u check out. How I found out?? One of the night, was drunk and return to hotel without cleaning up my make up and fall asleep while watching tv. Next day got up, my mascara & lip stick marks on the comforter somehow. We ask to make up room while we went out for shopping. When we return, we thought that our room already being "make up" for. But when we pull th comforter, I saw the lip stick mark and mascara on the other end of the comforter. Next day we ask to make up room but still, its the same. Imagine, we stayed for 4nights on the same bedsheet and the same comforter cover.... Isn't it disgusting?

Close to Main Street and walking street but far enough away from the noise. Also chose this hotel as wanted to use the gym but unfortunately the facilities were pants so don't pick here if that's the reason. In all a lovely stay and very comfortable to put my head down. Free coffee and water which was a lovely touch and wifi was fast and great.

Review 53：Specially Staff of the hotel. They are rude to Indian customer and use lot of Indian Slangs to the Indian Customer even though you behave properly with them. On a personal note I had to change three rooms for the duration I stayed in the hotel (3 Nights). First room A/C was not working. Second Rooms they gave me non Smoking room. I did not even complained as I knew the problems. Not all the staff of the hotel are bad. The maintenance Guy was good. The receptionist @night had a good behavior. But the pool side bar attendant was rude and some waiters at the restaurant as well.

Review 55：Sorry to tell you this but i know it will help you also and improved some of your facilities.No.1 wifi connection is very poor ,second the bathrobe that I am using is not good there is a big part of the clothe that has a damage (tear) at the back.(please double check your things inside before you allow your guest to stay.)Third is some of the Indian guests are not good.We want to stay long in the pool side but Indian we're not behaving well.I have nothing against them but I hope they will also know that they are not the only people who are staying in that place.A little respect I think is a must.

Review 82：I user booking.com for booking this hotel and requested that I need king size bed in the room and when I reached after waiting for 1 hour I got room with twin bed. When I went to reception to check with them they said who confirmed king size bed to you and other questions which are bizzare and there was not a single try from them to accommodate my request. The only answer I got from front office staff is sorry we can only give you rooms with twin beds.

Review 85：I will not advice this hotel to anyone!! Housekeeping was doing only the bed every day, nothing more, the room and the bathroom were always dirty. I had the room on the 5th floor and every night i heard the mice were running above my head and the voices of local girls who were screaming with other clients in the rooms close to mine. The clients of the hotel are indian and arabic nationality only MEN who are bringing the local girls even to a pool during a day. Rooms are very old, all the furnitures are completely destroyed, very bad smell from the bathroom. I was in pattaya many times but this is the worse expirience ever. For the families with children NEVER go to this hotel!

Over half the lights in our room didn't work when checking in the guy who showed us our room noticed this and I assumed he would get it fixed ( maybe I didn't tip him enough)

Review 94：Exceptional value for money, the cost is not give star so don't expect a five star hotel but everything is very clean and the facilities are also good. We asked about a late check out which was given with no extra charge and we also needed our online checking boarding passes printed, again this was done without any charges. Really quite brilliant service!
