Review 1：Hotel defines almost perfectly the requirements of any traveler visiting Odessa. Ideal location, superb breakfast, clean rooms, fast Wifi and perfect service. Walking distance from major attractions and places to eat.

Review 3：In my experience, the staff are friendly and always willing to help. They all do a good job! My room suits my needs and is very comfortable. Every day they clean and make the room like new again. The location of the hotel is good for the opera house and is situated in the city centre. The hotel has a fine restaurant. Having a bar fridge is very useful. There are elevators to every floor.

Review 7：Charming Mozart Classic style hotel just next to Opera. Stayed two nights for a business trip and enjoyed this place. Excellent room, restaurant and all services. Reception was so helpful as I had several enquires. My room was spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and excellent quality. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Review 11：Mozart hotel is very conveniently located in the very city centre of Odessa, only 5 minutes walking from the main street. My room was quite big, comfortable and nicely furbished. Reception staff was great with outstanding language skills. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. Overall a very nice stay at a good price.

Review 19：Nicely renovated building in Empire style within stunning surroundings. From Odessa Airport it just takes 25 minutes to get there by car. My room was second floor, great view, clean and quite, with free Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, safe and air con. Breakfast is quite good. I recommend it for both tourists and business travelers. Summer terrace is really quite nice.
Review 20：The hotel is a bit of a maze. Disabled guessed should definitely mention this in their reservation, because the walk after the elevator is a) long and b) contains all kinds of small steps.

Review 23：No hot water during our stay. Didn't receive any appologiese from the staff. We booked Presidential Lux and Standard room. Very old hotel that need urgent repair works. A bathroom door in the Lux appartment doesn't close.

Review 33：The noise at night if you have a room by the street. People tear around in loud cars and motorcycles, squealing their tires till 4am. I eventually moved to a different room away from the street and it was fine. I highly recommend the double to the classic double....it is worth the extra $9 a night.

Very nice rooms, everything is in the room (shower gel, body lotion, sewing kit, soap, shower cap, gown, slippers), Wi-Fi worked very good. Kitchen there is very tasty, they have a very big choice for breakfast. Moreover Mozart hotel has its own restaurant (10% discounts for people, who live in the hotel) with a great cuisine. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. Personnel is very helpful.

Review 111：Asked for an early check in and told later after we were in the room and settled in it would cost us 1/2 our daily rate. We would not have checked in if we knew we were going to be charged that much. Then at check out we were charged 2/3 of our daily rate. We won't recommend this hotel because of deceptive practices. The problem is if we had know up front what the cost would be we would have made a different decision.
