Review 1：The wellness center is not free, as on booking.com written. The fact is : only the swimming and fittnes are free for the hotel guests for one hour, Another (sauna, jakuzzi, etc.) must be paid. Swimming pool is only between 14:00-17:00 is open. WIFI is low in the room, in the hall is OK! There is no LAN in the room, as it is written on booking.com.

Review 4：the outside doesn't match the inside, they've renovated the inside but the outside looks like a communistic building-not as appealing as the other more traditional hotels in the area.

Review 16：Breakfast was planed from 8 to 10 but at half past nine mostly everything was out and we couldn't get new things. Then we missed the room mate to make the beds new and clean shortly the room. openening heurs for poll are very short.

Review 17：POOL? This is why we chose the hotel. I called to ask if it will be open. They said yes but failed to mention that it is only open from 3p - 5p and not on Sunday and you are limited to how much you stay in the pool. Next time will pick a guesthouse and visit the Zakopane Water Park. STAFF- don't bother asking questions they don't know the answers. Shampoo, you mean for your hair? No, there is no shampoo/shower gel and how dare you ask about it. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION- I've never been in a hotel with such lightweight walls that you could hear every howl of wind. During a rainstorm the noise was deafening. Other guests on the other side of the hotel also said they were unable to sleep at night because of the noise.

Review 19：After 20-30 minutes at the breakfast there was a little bit of ham,cheese and hard boiled eggs left. Nearly no rolls, staff asked told usthat they put a little bit because they running out of it (for 2 days ina row!!!).No fruit or veggies. Swimingpool open from 2pm. Til 5 pm...And is limited u can use it max 1 hour, Extra charge for jacuzzi, alsofor limited time, unless You pay another charge.Sauna limited to 1 hour,cannot be splited in 2x30 minutes, as they said they don`t practice it.Room not cleaned at all, just take out garbage, and throw new towels. 3days not changed beds. No shampoos/shower gels at check in. Rudereceptionist at evening shift, does not feel You very welcomethere.Management woman was ok, director told us he don`t care, not hisjob!!! Be aware!!! Better go somewhere else and pay a bit more to have agood rest, or guesthouse in 1/5 of price!!! Construction works at7am next to my window!
