Review 1：Staff were all helpful and cheerful. Clean rooms and surroundings. Good choice of food on offer. Rawai beach is not very good but you can get a taxi or bus to some beautiful beaches further along the coast. Lovely and quiet place and would go again.

Review 2：Service is the worst ever, stuff was only friendly until we officially checked in. We booked 3 nights, stayed one night and had to book another place as this place was spoiling our vacation. Facilities are dirty and everything is very old, the water in swimming pool is disgustingly warm which makes no sense for Thailand. The rooms are very small. And it was very noisy! To sum it up we travel a lot and this is the worst place we ever stayed in.:(

Review 10：The chinese guests were very noisy!!! The kids pool has very sharp fillings between the tiles, resulting in scratches on the legs. Need repair to round them.

Review 12：A lot of the staff does not speak English, or speaks it poorly. The want to help but sometimes they just do not understand you.

Review 13：The staff is very kind and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Whatever we asked for they were willing to help us. Pool is great, the room, the pool chairs, always enough towels, changed regularly, the room was cleaned regularly, internet was working perfect. The prices for the room service are ok, the same price or even cheaper than some restaurants.

Review 14：The breakfast is bad Bit far from the nice areas in Rawai but still close to everything you need.

Review 16：Rawai Beach is not really a beach. You need a motorbike to go to the nearest beach so it is better to stay somewhere else. Wifi is available randomly and is very unstable. The rooms are very poor and old. We had leeches coming out from the wall at the base of the shower everytime we had shower (attracted by humidity / water). Disgusting. Really, do not go there for any reason in the world.

Review 40：Rooms are old and infested with mosquites all over the compound. mattress is hard and uncomfortable. The whole place looks like a Cheap holiday chalet with zero facilities.... No hair dryer, no kettle etc Service is bad, we asked for mosquite coils, which most hotels supply in our past experience. They do not have and asked us to buy ourselves at the convenience store outside the hotel.

Review 41：There is no coffee & tea bag , hair dyer, water heater provide in the room . The breakfast selection is limited and the staffs are not attentive during breakfast . food and drinks have run low , still no refill was done

Review 47：Zero Wifi signal in the room despite the promise of free Wifi.Difficultly with some staff attitudes (although most staff werelovely!). Travelled with Thai fiance who, by some staff, was basicallytreated as though she was an escort (despite having a masters degree,having never set foot in a bar in her life and never dressing orbehaving in anyway that is even remotely like those girls). Maybethat's just Phuket, seems Thais aren't welcome in some parts oftheir own country! Although, we really only had this problem at thehotel though!?

Review 49：Well let me comment many things which extremely dissatisfied me. I booked the rooms for family from England. I request for baby cots-not available, i prefer single beds for both rooms-not available. First impression of me to your staffs was so poor,helpless, and no service minded at all. At the front desk the staff couldn't find the reservation by somehow. It took so long. We did complain many things to them (night shift receptionist ) they claim that they're just a few stars hotel. How did you say that? I'm the one who work in this industry man. You're suck by yourself but blaming things around. to the owner..you need more qualified staffs.

The breakfast staff were the worst i hv come across, and food also the worst...... no pride No effort...Down right Sullen angry and missarable.... Its a mystery to me why the reception is so different I would Never stay here again Or recomend it..... I think it survives on chinese And russuan tour groups..... Good luck to them!
