Review 1：Personnel not interested and with a harsh attitude (reception, restaurant, parking). All looking to trick you (e.g. pay for a room a get a cheaper one, pay for parking and not getting a receipt) Transfer from hotel to airport not often enough, only once an hour.

Review 4：Proper care for long term parking. Bravo! Over my stay was heavly snowing, and personel were removing these snow excess far more actively than those taking care of OTP airport.

Review 5：Well, I was not able to pay at 2 AM because the system was down. Next morning, they was not able to find my reservation, and after 20 minutes I finally paid. At that time I found out that in fact the room that I have been accommodated in supposed to be closed due some major maintenance.

Review 16：Stayed one night as we arrived at airport at 10 pm. had a meal at The traditional restaurant which was beautifullydecorated. The food were nice even it was the first time I tried Romanian food. Airport transfer bus was free and very helpful.

Review 17：When my friend (we were together at the hotel) bought a cigarette packfrom the Reception with card, the girl at the Reception not only usedthe card in pos but separately wrote all the card details (card number,etc.) without informing him about this! So I could believe that shewanted to use my Visa card later for buying something for herself or forsomebody else from Internet ! No excuse for this! This means stealing myfriend's Identity!

Review 18：Room cleaning ladies were quite noisy and at 7.30 or 8 in the morning was impossible to continue slipping think this can be an issue for those who come and go late into the bed.

Review 25：On previous reviews I had complained that the curtains did not cover the windows This has now been rectified and no daylight shows in to wake you too early! Great now!

Review 26：Upon arrival, we informed the reception via phone, that we would be 2-3 minutes late for the ride TO the hotel. They said it would be no problem because there were very few clients arriving at that time for the transfer to the hotel. The driver did not wait for us and another travelles. He had ONE person to pick up from the airport and chose NOT to wait THREE minutes for the others. It was 12.30 in the NIGHT. When he came for a private group, 15 minutes later, he did not offer any explanation, choosing to slam the door in front of us and to leave. Very dissapointing is an understatement. He has put a large stain of dirt on the image of the other people who work there and acted very professionally.

Review 27：In general, the staff was very ok. Friendly and smiling and willing to help. The exception was the driver for the airport ride. See next section.

Review 28：Everything was perfect. Of course, the location is far from the city center and there is nothing to do in the area around the hotel, but if you choose this hotel then you are anyhow more interested to the location close to the airport than being in the city.

Review 29：Very nice hotel, excellent facilities, nice and spacious rooms, good restaurant - very nice and relaxing after or before a flight from the nearby airport. Excellent choice if you need to be close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service to the airport each hour.

Review 30：Wifi in the room did not work the first 24 huors, lot of people had to use internet in the lobby. Not a very 4-star eperience. Distance to the city center is about 10 kms, and taxis all charge you different. Sometimes RON 30, sometimes RON 45. If you go to the city center more than once a day a hotel in the centre is better.

Review 32：daily they enter the room and check if there was something taken from minibar.....they knocking on each door "room service"- they are saying...- and check the fridge....even if we were in the room......I haven't seen this in any hotel I've stayed....

Review 33：Sauna opens 10:00am and the temperature is 60-80C only. Overall cleanness is OK, but I've been watching the previous gest's smoke ash on the carpet for a week in the room. Wifi in rooms was slow and not consistent. I had bath with a tap which has only a shower output. It was tricky to fill the bath.

I needed an electric adapter , due to being from America , your staff got me a taxi really quick. Also your staff asked the driver to go in the store with me , to make sure I bought the right one. Review 41：I had to stay in Bucarest two more nights and the staff was so kind to apply the same booking.com promotional price, despite the promotion was expired at the time. The shuttle from and to the hotel works well and all day long.

Review 55：Rain made a huge clattering on the window frame all night long. Could not sleep - it was so loud. Bad design engineering!! Reserved a space on 5 a.m. bus to airport but it was full so it left without us. We had to wait 20 minutes for a bus. The staff was not sympathetic or sorry or troubled in the least. Just said 'another bus will come'. That's it.

Review 57：I was very disappointed by the shuttle bus service to and from the airport that they advertise as a free commodity. It looks like this is free only daytime and it only passes by every hour at 30 minutes past. So my flight arrived at 22:40 and I was told that I had to wait until 23:30 in the airport and that the transport at night will cost me 10 lei per pax. This, I think is more of a disservice than a service. Plus the managing staff handled this very bad being quite annoyed by my remark with regards to the inconvenience I had after a very long flight. Not happy at all!

Review 69：We took this hotel cause we had an early flight to be close to airport, but its very uncomfortable, its on the opposite side of the airport and you have to drive about 20 min to turn back, and the parking cost money. Also the staff is unpleasent and the room wasnt very clean. d

Review 71：We were only staying at the Rin because of an early morning flight. Check-in was very efficient and carried out by a very friendly staff member. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and of a good size. Although the Hotel is under the flight path, we never heard a plane all night. Check-out was also friendly and efficient and the shuttle service to the airport was also a good operation. We would definitely stay there again and could recommend it for an overnight stay. We can't comment about the food as we did not take meals in the hotel.

Review 72：The fridge in the room did not work. A housekeeper was sent immediately but could not fix the Problem. She then sent a mechanic who also failed to repair the fridge and left the room without saying a word. We then requested another room whih wa eventually given to us most ungraciously by the front desk lady. This could have been handled very diffrently.

Review 91：The fact that I had to pay for parking on top of the room rate. The fact that I could not pay by cash upon arrival because they had already charged my MC. I was under the impression the MC was only to be used as a guarantee for cancellation purposes. I don't use my MC for these kind of purchases, I always pay by cash in the currency of the country I'm staying in. Using the card always costs me more than if I pay by cash!!!

Review 97：Inability of the reception person to describe where to get the shuttle from at the airport. The hotel should send guests a plan/map or a link to a plan/map showing exactly where the collection point is. The reception person could not even explain to a Romanian assisting me at the airport!

We were with our 2 grandchildren age 11 & 9 and the use of the pool and other facilities were great it helped pass the time away during our stay. Everything seemed of a high standard, our evening meal was value for money and the restaurant staff were friendly and courteous. The only thing was I smelt cigarette smoke in our room and I thought it was no smoking. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Review 105：Its an average hotel and is more geared toward Romanian families thanbusiness travelers.For the same price but much more refined in the details is Angelo Hotel a few meters close by. RIN and Angelo are both 4 stars of about the same price and quality. The difference between them is the details. RIN is a little dirtier, a little more kitch, a little noisier, and small things like low quality TV, horrible bathroom, no free car parking, low quality Internet, make it less suitable for international travelers.

Review 109：It is the second time that I have a problem with my online reservation at this hotel. On 2/08/2015, at 4 a.m. the receptionist couldn't find our booking, couldn't find our breakfast option and so on, which you can imagine was very unpleasant at that time of night.The situation was solved by another receptionist in the morning,when the shift was changed. On the 24/08/2015, at 2 a.m. with a reservation that stated clearly that breakfast was included, the receptionist told me that I have to pay extra for the meal. I am disappointed.

Review 111：more related to the behaviour of the taxi services from the airport as the hotel is too close to the airport, taxi services are not willing to take you to the hotel although you pay per km. So the shuttle bus from the hotel have to be more visible when a guest arrives at the Int. Bucharest Airport.

What I didn't like it this time as we got a room that was facing the air conditioning system of the entire hotel and all the night we had a bad sleep because of the noise made by the system.

I've never stayed in such a nice big clean modern airport hotel that was SO INEXPENSIVE. If you need a night near the airport, absolutely stay here. What a deal. Bed was comfortable, room spacious and clean, and shower great.

Review 127：After a night flight, me and my husband got very early in the morning to the hotel. The staff told us that the reservation had been canceled on that specific dates, which was not true. Anyway, we were exhausted, he was probably tired, so the communication did not work well, but we did got the room. In morning, at the breakfast, we were not on the breakfast reservation, list even though our reservation included it. The problem was promptly solved by the morning staff, who were indeed very kind and helpful.

Review 131：WiFi was weak in our room as we were at the far end off the hotel. Air conditioning for the room wasn't adequate should have individual units for each room. Parking isn't free also.
