Review 1：The only restaurant opened in the area was at the Aqualuz Hotel and it was very very poor. Pick the time of year that you visit carefully.

Review 4：Room service could be a little less frequent - i wasnt expecting there to be room service for a self-serving apartment nearly every day, and i wasnt spending a lot of time in my apartment, so it seemed a little wasteful to change the towels and clean up so often to me.

Review 6：Couldn't find WiFi instructions first (the white panel on the leftwhen entering appartments with WiFi pass and login on the insidedoesn't really looks like a door to open). For those who have Appledevices -- ask the room with standart modem. Wps modems can not workwith your device.

Review 8：Your security needs to address some non-customers hanging around the bars near the passenger ferry, late at night ! I know it is a public space, but a security presence would dissuade them from being there !

Review 9：The sense of safety all around the site Liked the totality of the complex. Great location, and I know it as I was born in Setubal, and observed your complex being built, knowing the fiasco of the previous one ( Torralta ). Keep it like this, please !

Review 12：The apartment was in an excellent position for the ferry with a view over the Marina. Use of the Attached hotel Pool and Spa facilities was really useful. This is a growing area and I would suggest it is more tuned toward adults as i didnt notice much for kids to do.

Review 13：Because it was winter we were expecting to use the SPA facilities at the Hotel but the steam bath was not working, the jacuzzi was not working, the sauna was also not working (although they said it was). The indoor swimming pool was much colder than the advertised 27 degrees, and they made us buy caps to use it, although in the end we were not able to use it for long because of the cold water. On top of everything else, there was no hot water in the showers. Only 1 of the existing restaurants was open during our 4 days stay and even that one closed on Tuesday and we couldn't find a single open restaurant to have dinner (not even in any of the hotels). All coffee shops were also closed. There is not enough kitchenware in the kitchen.

Review 14：Troia is a very beautiful place. The staff was very nice. The apartment they assigned to us was a duplex on the top floor and it was a very good one.

Review 35：I was unable to reach the reception after 08pm. There is no balloon drier, the washing machine is to small for the pots, pans and glasses equipping the apartment. Late night at 1am you could hear the music from another apartment coming from the air conditioned conducts, it was not loud but you could reasonably listen to it.
