Review 1：1. it was very cold in the room and public areas 2. very poor breakfasts (nearly cold hot dishes, poor choice, no musli or cornflakes, no salmon, no coffee choice, cappuccino was refused, no proper tables for breakfast-we had to eat in the lounge bar) 3. dimmed lighting throughout the hotel. 4. staff did not smile, was unprofessional

Review 3：Friendly staff and english speaking. My room was much larger than expected, and after a long bike ride to get here, I was very grateful for the huge bathtub! Breakfast was also great - served in a plush red nightclub-esque room. Very Russian!

Review 54：The hotel is located in the center of the city - its a very suitable for business travellers and families. These rooms are big and well-equipped. A very good staff in the restaurant, especially waitress Daria. She is well-educated person, she presents a la carte menu very profesional and answered on all our questions about this city, malls, shops etc.
