Review 1：Nothing. Only the fact we had to go home

Review 2：Everything. Wonderful stay. Beautiful location beside nosal ski. Cheap taxis into centre of zakopane. Great spa. Buffet at breakfast amazing. Everything you could want. Evening biffut amazing and unbelievably cheap

Review 3：Heater sometimes makes strange noises - turn it more or less, it will shut up for a couple of hours. By default they give you one guest card, but you can ask one more for your friend staying with you. Also ask for kettle, cups and tea to keep yourself warm.

Review 4：1) Bad soundproofing in rooms. 2) Poor room service food choice. 3) Room cleaning could be better - they only made beds and cleaned bathroom. No actual cleaning in the room itself.

Review 20：The staff were excellent, doing their best to be helpful. The hotel has an offer whereby you can pay a refundable deposit of PLN300 and use a hotel BMW until 7pm, which is an awesome deal. The rooms were clean, in excellent condition and the showers have some of the best toiletries I have had the pleasure to use. It is in many ways the equivalent a 5* hotel, even though it is rated 4*. Wonderful views, great pool and a charming location. Highly recommended, I would stay there again.

Review 24：The hotel is very well located, the Nosal Ski Center is just three minutes walking! So, if you're there just for the skiing this is the perfect place! You don't need to leave the hotel for nothing! They have restaurant, panoramic pub, pool.. The staff is great, they are always ready to help with everything (sometimes they don't speak English but try to understand you). We had good tips about where to eat, where to go etc from the receptionist, I just loved the way they treat their guests!

Review 29：If I was to improve something, I'd go with the wellness dressing rooms and do some refurbishing of the hallways. It is by no means dire or anything like this but I'd expect more.

Review 30：I do love the wellness, SPA and the breakfast with really good selection of various foods. When it comes to the menu I have visited the restaurant once and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality. The staff is also really helpful and nice. Regarding the rooms the bathrooms are great and the shower gel/balm are of really nice quality. This obviously depends on the room you do have but from mine the view is just spectacular. Without setting foot out of the hotel you get to see Giewont and Nosal. For me the location is ideal but I can understand that for someone more oriented in walking the Krupówki it may be a little bit too far. Since my aim is to actually climb and hike I do really appreciate it being relatively close to the National Park and Kuźnice (where you can embark on the cableway to Kasprowy Wierch). Just one more thing, to my surprise the wi-fi was really decent although it dropped connection at times.
