Review 3：There was hot tub in the offer. I chose this offer because I wanted to take advantage of the hot tube. But I learned from receptionist that hot tube doesn't work for a long time. I was very disappointed.

Review 8：I traveled with my car from Budapest in Hungary, and it was bit hard to find the location, since there were poor road signs. Except that, the location, rooms and the facilities were great! I enjoyed the Tatra mountains view from the balcony and the clean air. You can go for a walk around the apartment and to the Tatra national park, it takes about 5-7 mins by car. I really enjoy the time here. Highly recommend! For Koreans, future travelers to Zakopane. 위치, 청결도, 편안함 모든 면에서 정말 좋은 아파트먼트였습니다. 자코파네에 가신다면, 이 호스텔을 추천합니다. 스텝들도 친절했고, 주위에 있는 산으로 트래킹 하기도 좋습니다~ :)

Review 9：Wifi was spotty at times. None of the windows open and room seemed poorly ventilated. We were able to leave patio door open to counter this issue. Noteworthy as well was a strong cleaner smell when we first walked in but this dissipated relatively quickly.

Review 13：For the generally high standard of luxury of the appartment I would appreciate a microwave (with grill?) and even a smaller dishwasher in the kitchen. No restaurant or cafe nearby (in-house restaurant only serves breakfests)! For some, the distance to city centre may be a bit too long (30 min. walk?)

Review 14：Very good size and good quality of the appartment. Sufficient underground parking available & included in the price. From higher floors there is a view of the Tatra mountains. Quiet area of Zakopane.

Review 15：Apartment 36 was spacious and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was great. We had even 2 bedrooms where the website only stated 1. Livingroom was big enough to host 6 people. Although the location is not on walking distance from the centre, a taxi was about 5 euro single trip. Secured underground parking. Good location to stay with a small group.

Review 16：On booking.com it stated the reception was open until midnight, in reality it is only open until 8pm, so make sure you turn up on time. Was just dissapointed that the cleaners are checked properly. There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners and the apartment could be a little cleaner.

Review 52：The road to the place is not lit and very poor signage. There is no real reception. There was an office that closed at 8pm. This is where they issued our keys. We were not informed about this deadline on checkin and only JUST made checkin! This is poor communication. Office opened 9 am, but we needed to checkout earlier and there were no instructions. There was nothing in the apartment kitchen - not even a single tea bag to have a hot drink. Really? No bedside lamps, and also we ordered a double room but got 2single beds - without being informed. Not a welcoming experience in any way for tired travellers.

Review 54：The list of facilities showed - Balcony, Heating, Free toiletries, WiFi. We got a flat on the ground floor with no balcony, no view or bathtub which was shown in the photos. The heating was very low even when at maximum and Wifi was not working in our flat. When we complained to the staff, we were just told that she cannot do anything about it. We booked this hotel because of the spa and when we came back to our room at 19:30 in the evening, we were told spa is unavailable even though closing time is 20:00 and spa is closed on sundays.
