Review 1：the worst windows and soundproofing possible. We've stayed in the room 305 and trough the window cold was entering without any problems and also the noise was like it was not closed. In the morning I've observed that you can see outside trough the space between the frame and the sash of the window. Another strange fact was that we've waited around 15 minutes when we've arrived, for someone to come at the reception.

Review 2：The hotel is ok, located at the entrance in Brasov from Bucharest. The lobby and the room are looking very good. Big and comfortable bed, big screen tv, big bathroom with all facilities.

Review 3：The blankets. They don't have duvet blanks (they have the old type acrylic blankets). Location is a bit far from the center (you'll need a car or public transport). It is located in an industrial zone, just by the Tram central station.

Review 11：- the rooms are small and the mini-bar was empty; - although the room had a panel for the ventilation system, the temperature was blocked at 27 degrees in a day of May; - absence of room slippers.

Review 13：Air conditioning system works for the whole hotel either in "heat" or "cold". So, in tempered seasons - before summer -you might be in the situation to have to cool down the room with external air (trought the window).

Review 14：There is too much noise coming through the door. Maybe one solution is to at least make the client aware to keep quiet, like a sticker on the floor entrance. Otherwise you can here anybody coming in and out the rooms.

Review 15：Eventhough it is far from the city center, it totaly deserves a good grade, as the staff is very nice, everything was clean and the design was very comfy and relaxing. The position is quite convenient, as it is at the southern entrance in Brasov, so quite easy to find

Review 16：The hotel is right by an industrial centre and the area around it is under construction, therefore it was a bit of a pain to actually find a way in to the hotel by car. The room was very hot! We couldn't get the air conditioner to come on, so we had to leave the balcony door open for awhile (October stay). The ladies in the breakfast dining area didn't seem that friendly.

Review 17：The man at the front desk was very helpful. When my husband and I weren't sure about parking charges in the town centre or where we could get change for the meter we asked the front desk. He wasn't sure either but about 10 minutes later he called up to our room and surprised us with finding out details for us. We thought that was really thoughtful of him. Breakfast was really nice and the coffee was delicious! I was a bit put off at first when I wanted to order an espresso and was told that it'd be an extra charge in addition to the breakfast charge, but it ended up not being a problem.

Review 18：We have booked on booking.com two double rooms having a little baby of 4years. Arriving at the front desk the lady offered us only twin roomsand double for extra price. I was forced to call the booking.com supportand get the double rooms that I reserved and had confirmation.The ladyat the reception had no excuses for us like it was our fault. Review 19：Well located near big hipermarkets in a large shopping area. Taxi cab tothe hystorical center only 3 euros. The hotel is new, very nicedesigned, impecably clean, large rooms well fitted, nice confortablebeds. Good value for money. A real four star hotel. We recomand and weshould come back for sure. The location is not downtown, it's at the entrance of Brasov, but I liked it very much as it was quiet and had stores very close... If you wanted to grab something to eat or drink in the middle of the night, you just had to cross the street! As Brasov is not a very big city, it took us like 5-10 minutes driving to get downtown. The hotel is very clean, they have AC that actually works! :) Friendly staff ready to help you whenever/ whatever you need! The price is good for what they offer!

Review 83：I've asked for a room with double bed and air conditioning and upon arrival (not before) they announced that I have to choose between a twin and air conditioning, as all room with both were booked. Thiniking that we can unite the 2 beds, and as it was hot August month, I've chosen twin, but to my suprize the beds were fixed, therefore couldn't be united. In 2 min I was back to the reception to take the double w/o air conditioning, but they told me they don't have it anymore. The bathroom door needed a fix, and also in the bathroom there was a really noisy fan. The location is poor for the ones traveling w/o car, but with car it's really ok.

Thebath we had was also a jacuzzi which was a nice surprise and definatly abenefit with it being winter in Brasov. You are down the street fromfast food and supermarkets and 5 minutes drive from the centre of thecity. Really enjoyed it here and I will be going back in the summer.
