Review 1：Everything was perfect!
Review 2：Very nice hotel with nice rooms, newly renovated bathrooms, perfect location in the centre of town, very good wifi connection and good breakfast buffet
Review 3：No air-con despite being advertised! This was pretty annoying since the weather was 35+ degrees even at night! Could not sleep for a few nights, until one of the receptionists got us a little fan for the room. Other than that one lady the male staff at the reception were not only rude and unfriendly but actually tried to upper the price of the room per night (almost 400 zloty more) due to 'recent change in price'. This is very unethical and simply disgusting. We refused to pay and after some arguing we paid the original price quoted by Booking.com. For the record that man said that it is Booking.com who made a mistake and gives customers wrong prices! This should not happen! I have to say that man was rude... !!! He should not be working in customer service. For the duration of our stay he was rude and annoying. One time we asked if they had a charger or a UK travel converter we could use and he got upset and (with a very condescending face as if we were insects that should be get rid of) said that they do not have things like that as no one before us ever asked for this. A simple 'No sorry we do not have it' would have been sufficient. Just saying. Overall, bad customer service from one man should not affect the score of the hotel. Despite the troubles I enjoyed the stay and if they do end up installing aircon (they said then plan to before next year) I probably come back to the hotel as its in amazing location and had good facilities.
Review 4：Amazing female receptionist, extremely helpful and nice. She got us a fan for the bedroom since the room had no air-con (despite being advertised) and helped us out when our room-key(card) stopped working. The room was clean and very well looked after, very helpful maintenance staff. Amazing WI-Fi!
Review 5：From the U.S., so not used to beds in most Polish accommodations. No air conditioning or fans, so at times, the room was hot due to weather conditions/ temperatures.

Review 8：The location was perfect, so near the main square. The room was very clean and the towels replaced daily. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. Choice for breakfast was very good and although we did not eat there we had drinks in the bar/restaurant which were not too expensive.
Review 9：In the apartment (Suite) there is a Jacuzzi which has some kind of electronic failure. It turns randomly on. I had to wake up a couple of times during the night to finally find the security switch in the living room to cut of the electricity. When I complained at the front desk the next day I got as an answer that they already know the problem. So why do they not inform the customer upon check in instead of me waking up 5 times during the first night. Next day when using the Jacuzzi tons of small flakes came out of the bubble-openings. Disgusting. The toilet was constantly leaking water making a horrible noise the whole night. My brother booked a cheaper room and it was of better value for the money! We did not get any compensation for that!

Review 25：Do not stay in the 'apartment', which has a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The appalling racket from the (unused) whirlpool bath, lasting a few minutes every hour or so, disturbed our evening and woke us up twice. And the hotel staff's attitude was both casual and unapologetic: they said that was what happened, and the solution was to remove the key from the electricity supply - which would mean we couldn't turn on a light in the night. We were not impressed. They should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience.
Review 26：The position, and the spacious room with a view of the river. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff - apart from in relation to the problem opposite.
