Review 1：We traveled with a 2.5 year old. It was the main reason why I chose the spa hotel - so we could together enjoy the swimming pool. It turned out that they do not allow toddlers in after 4 pm; the staff was not very polite at explaining this. Anyway, I've never seen such a policy at any self respecting hotel, although I stayed at quite a few so far. The breakfast was a disappointment; the room and bed not comfortable.

Review 2：The hotel is okay for an economy option. On the bright side - it has a reasonable swimming pool and rather good saunas.

Review 3：We was twice here and everything is superb in this hotel, location, staff, rooms are the best in Kaliningrad city. Very good spa swimming pool and sauna. I will choose again this hotel.

Review 4：Windows didn't open (air con worked so it didn't bother us much). Water in the coolers in the halls didn't seemed very clear (although no problems caused by drinking it :)).

Review 5：Large room with high ceilings. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Big shower. Nice gym and swimming pool (opened 7 am - 10 pm, great for relaxing - too small to have a decent swim). Friendly staff. Computer with printer on the 2nd floor. Electric kettle available at the reception upon request. 5 min walk from the Kant Island, tram 11 stops just outside the hotel.

Review 6：Probably the best location in Kaliningrad, right on the river near the old cathedral. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was superb. We didn't make use of the spa, but that looked very good indeed if you were to want that. I really can't find anything to fault this hotel on - and it was extremely good value for money as well.

Review 9：Personal in restaurant is very poor, they are nice but very very slow. You wait for a glass of water for 15 minutes, for a drink 45 minutes. For Food more than an hour. Quisling if the food average. You can find much better food in restaurants around.

Review 15：Great location. Hotel really helped with the process of ensuring you had all the right paperwork to enter and leave the country, things we didn't even think about in advance.

Review 16：Staff are supporting but not all, some are pretending to be. Be ready to face price list in bath on how much towels, comb, toothpaste, condoms cost if requested from maid. Only one pillow per bed. Restaurant is in the common hall on ground floor and it features singer and disco lights more suitable for Russian style wedding (you might like it). Music from restaurant might be heard in rooms above it. On check out they don't ask you "Have you used minibar?" but loudly request maid via walky-talkie to check the room.

Review 17：Clean, new, comfortable, located in the nice place near river and historical cathedral with Immanuel Kant tomb. Supportive staff, automatic money exchange machine at reception, good choice for breakfast. Nobel Prize winner Zhores Alferov was staying in the hotel the same time when we stayed. Power sockets near the bed.

Review 19：The rooms on the 6th and top floor, although having all the required facilities, are located in the roof of the building and areas of the ceilings are very low which occasionally proved a problem even for a short person such as myself

Review 20：The Heliopark Kaiserhof is a superb hotel. The Reception staff are so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which was very good for me as I do not speak Russian at all. The rooms are spotlessly clean with all the facilities a guest could require. All the staff I encountered were very professional and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and makes a great place to explore the city.

Review 22：We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was fresh and well-presented, but the restaurant staff seemed to be on "auto-pilot" without any recognition that there were hotel guests in the room.

GPS does not work here and impossible to read Cyrillic road signs. We were driving for an hour before we found by sheer luck. We managed to get our rather smoothy. Crossing the border from Lithuania and thenback into Poland were not fun experiences. But we did it. Never again.
