Review 1：Mind a point which create confusion amongst the guests: We didn'tstay at Pensiunea Ambient but at hotel ambient which is definitivelybetter as location as well as hotel because it us brand new and verywell managed

Review 2：Room is big enough, clean, but little bit old fashioned Don´t go late for breakfast - if you come ten minutes to final, there´s so many things you will not find

Review 3：Nice breakfast - not a great choice, but OK for small pension - BUT they serve something special, very tasty home-made spreads, if you are travelling a lot, it´s great to see something different than every morning in all hotels around the world

Review 4：There is little to none noice isolation, so you hear literally everything from the outside and the adjacent rooms. The room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was not very rich, but it was sufficient.

Review 5：Nice big rooms and bathroom, separete bedroom with door that can be closed. The sofa was arranged for our kid, all sheets were set up. There were flat screen TVs in each separate room, extra blankets, etc. everything you would need. I'm happy with the option to park my car in the back yard. I felt relaxed and safe.

Review 6：they sent us for "Pensiunea Ambient" to "Hotel Ambient", because the reservation on Booking was a mistake, so we have to check in to hotel Ambient... not so great to unload you're car, go to reception, then load you're bags back in the car and move forward ! Also a little expensive for what they offer !

Review 11：Breakfast not good, thin walls so loud. Very hot in the spring/summer with no air conditioning. Building is on a main street that's more like a highway so busy and unpleasant. Good for a functional business stop, not so pleasant for tourists.

Review 14：The room was extremely cozy but at the front of the hotel overlooking a very busy road. It was a little noisy at night with the traffic but the rooms on the other side would be better. Distance to the old town was about 25mins on foot so a little far.

Review 15：They tried to split up a group of 11, occupying 6 rooms via 2 separate Booking reservations, claiming that one of the reservations was for a 3* wing of the Hotel Ambient, 600m away down the street. A wing which they had transformed from a warehouse, that couldnt attract tourists on its own and that, during our stay, we've seen many people complained about at the front desk of the Pension. This feels like a scam because the location was clearly indicated in the booking, yet at location they tried to hoard us elsewhere. I stood my ground and demanded accomodation with the rest of the group, therefore the Pension superviser gave us a bad attitude for the rest of our stay, closing the bar early (12am on New Year's Eve) when we wanted to sit and chat - even though there wasnt any displayed schedule and we've noticed other groups were able to stay past this hour. We didnt feel welcome at all, service was not that good either with rooms being cleaned every 3 days (actually during our 4-day stay nobody came to clean our rooms), with a HORRIBLE smell in most rooms occupied by our group (something between rotten carpet and cat piss) and with an incontrolable COLD especially at night time when the staff could not be persuaded to turn on the heat. Overall I would definitely avoid staying there in the future, much better accomodation can be found in Brasov in this price range (oh, and we found that walk-in fees were lower than Booking fees, probably because they wanted us to cover the Booking commission for them. Romanian hospitality at its best!

Review 17：Initially suggested room was a joke - small, no light, no view, no balcony. The entire stay the heating only worked from time to time, while outside was -15 ⁰C. I am now sick. Poor breakfast, poor Wi-Fi, poor bedding sets.

Review 18：The location is OK. The receptionist agreed to change our room... eventually. But how did they managed to get an 8.2 average is a mystery to me.

Review 19：The walls have low phonic insulation, you can hear the water from the other guests' showers pretty loud sometimes. This was our only issue.

Review 20：The room was above our expectations in terms of size, style and furniture, with two armchairs, several closets and a wardrobe, and other items. We learned to appreciate these since on other occasion (somewhere else) there was no wardrobe or closets and we had to keep our clothes wherever we could. The bathroom and the shower cabin were clean and large enough, we did not have the feeling that they squeezed everithing in. The quality of items was also above average. The balcony was also a surprise, with a nice view over a part of the city and towards the mountains. We asked for a view towards the mountains if possible, but did not expect a balcony. We appreciated the big flat TV, the phone and the good wi-fi signal as well. With these facilities and position, we would come back.

Review 24：the pillows were a little on the solid side for my liking . The room was street facing and it was quite noisy at certain times with the windows open. (a fan was provided so I could have closed the windows, but as I prefer to sleep with windows open the noise issue was down to me, so this isn't really a complaint)

Review 25：The staff were very efficient and approachable.Some of them had excellent english, but all of them could understand me. The room was very well laid out and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast would appeal to most people as there was a good choice of food to eat.

Review 60：We could not find the object, it is a bit confusing. As regard the breakfast -they should change the bread supplier- it was as from the supermarket long term bread, it would highly improve the breakfast quality.

Review 66：The sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, the cleaning staff only took the garbage out, but the carpet was dirty and remained dirty throughout our stay. The furniture was covered with dust all over and a strange smell was in the room. I would not rate it a 3* hotel, the cleanliness was a big minus even after the cleaning staff "cleaned out" the room. The prices were double for the New Year's eve.
