Review 1：Hotel location is too near to maidin supermarket which make the street in front of the hotel packed with cars, people and create traffic congestion during peak hours.

Review 4：Great location, spacious room, clean toilet, helpful staffs, parking lots are available. The aircond in the room we stayed was not cooling enough, so we lodged a complaint and were quickly upgraded to a family room.

Review 16：The front desk especially the young lady are not friedly at all.As a senior citizen she doesn show any courtasy at all. The bath room is superb but I smell unpleasant smell probably the drainage water seal is not working.

Review 22：Well..it is town but right opposite on same road is a popular wholesaleshopping center called mydin, so traffic can be heavy. No bath tub inthe room, kids were sad but us adults don't mind no bath tub! Doesnot have swimming pool - but for a city hotel for the price offered andfacilities we did not expect swimming pool and tub!

Review 23：It's new so everything is new and clean. The deco is simple yetelegant. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Rooms are so spacious!We got a family room with a large King and 2 units of small singlebeds. Water pressure is good, aircon good, lighting good, and pricealso good! For 4 persons, inclusive of breakfast small buffet spread ofnasi lemak, noodles, baked beans, eggs, bread with jam, kaya &toaster, orange juice coffee & tea only cost us rm 200.00 nett ! Wewill definitely stay here again if we go to Kuantan! Close to manyshopping areas in town! Corridors all so wide, free wifi in rooms, liftwith card for security

Review 24：The only setback was the foul smell from the toilet and nothing could be done about it. I beleive it stems from the main sewerage system but not all the rooms are affected.

Review 25：The hotel is located in the middle of Kuantan town...very convenient location.The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Review 34：we came here by car,so we had no problem with transportation.We stayed at this hotel with our 3 children which are below 3 years old for two days in March 2015 at rate of RM180 per night.It is much cheaper than caribbean resort and very worthwhile! . -restaurants and shopping centers also in walking distance! -nearby Teluk Cempedak.it's much cheaper than staying at hotel nearby the beach. -very spacious.my kids enjoyed running in the room! -but there was like terrible smell from the bathroom in the morning,perhaps frow sewarage?im not sure. -otherwise,with the good price they offered,we would definitely come again if we go to kuantan in the future=)

Review 37：the water hole in the shower is kinda clogged as water pools in while you are showering. the wifi is terribly bad. breakfast is so-so. very limited plus points. air-cond is not powerful enough. no sound proofing, you can hear people talking on the doorways, which is very annoying. could'nt get a good night's sleep
