Hotel Diamond sells fast on our site. Hotel Diamond is located 650 feet from the centre of Kazanlak at the eastern end of the Rose Valley and offers you air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV and balcony, a 24-hour lobby bar, free Wi-Fi and free underground parking.

Review 1：No elevator. Bathroom shower drain in the middle of floor.

Review 2：Great location across from the museum and a short walk to the tomb and house museums. Friendly staff. Choice of several set breakfasts. Nicely decorated.

Review 6：The owner is very kind and help us to arrange a tour in a reasonable price to some remote area near the town. Wonderful stay there during the rose blossom season.

Review 7：Breakfast is included but you have to choose the night before from a list of 8 or so items. I chose the healthy muesli and got a sugary bowl of chocolate cereal. They didnt even bring milk. You get a cup of tea with it. That is it. It was rather disappointing.

Review 8：Great location next to the Kazanlak museum and close to town centre. The Kazanlak tomb is about 10 minutes walk away. The underground parking was great although spaces are tight if you have a large car.

Review 14：This is the most comfortable hotel of those at which I stayed in Bulgaria. The receptionists are so kind, the facilities are a nice touch, including slippers made of towel, which you can put during your rest in the room, even your feet are wet just after taking bath.

Review 15：Just be prepared for typical Bulgarian bathrooms, which have showers with no curtain or door that get the entire bathroom floor wet. We are used to it so it wasn't a huge deal, but I imagine some visitors might be bothered trying to get ready in a soaking wet bathroom.

Review 16：The hotel is nice and clean and we found our room to be spacious. The bathroom was very new and clean as well. It was a great place to stay for a visit to Shipka and Buzludzha, as they are only about 15-30 minutes away (depending on how fast you drive the winding roads). Also, it was nice to have safe underground parking included.

Review 52：The hotel is located in the center of Kazanlak and close to the Thracian tomb. They have a garage, but it's narrow and doesn't have a lot of parkings. The room on the top floor was nice and had a balcony and the bathroom had a big tub, but nearly no space to sit on the toilet. The baby cot was prepared as we requested it and for breakfast we could chose from several menus. The staff speaks english and was very helpful.

Breakfast is prepared somewhere else (one needs to choose something from a breakfast menu the evening before) and kept in a fridge overnight. The honey was completely frozen. Only tasteless white bread was offered.

Review 63：Our only tiny complaint is for the bathroom. Beautifully decorated, but the corner bath unfortunately makes sitting on the toilet impossible. Your only option is to sit side-saddle!
