Review 1：I have to be honest - the staff is not very helpful or friendly. I am coming from Russia, so I am aware of that but it was still a bit strange.
Review 2：The hotel is very nice and freshly renovated. The room was of perfect shape and square for two people. Everything was very clean, the cleaning ladies were doing their job very well. The hotel is a bit far from the actual city center (besides the Amber museum), but the public transport was very useful to solve this problem specially after the whole day of walking at -18 °C.
Review 3：During some nights, it wasn't warm enough in the room. The air conditioner was only able to do cooling, not heating.
