Review 1：If any negative you have to go outside your room to go to the main building for your breakfast but the fresh air was good even if snowing and in my flip flops lol

Review 2：I usually travel 4 or 5* came early and had 2 nights to wait for my accommodation. Son booked me here and the staff were very friendly. The facilities are 2 or 3* but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Very clean environment and very friendly helpful staff. I would use them again for a transition accommodation but if I ever could only afford this I would be happy to stay for 2wks holiday. It's in an excellent spot in Avon for Beaver Creek Miuntain. ???

Review 3：I f you are going to say you're green then do it. You obviously haven't trained your staff to your expectations. When I leave a towel "to be green then your staff should leave it, not replace it. Put a sign up on the wall next to hangers that let us see where to hang the drying towel.

Review 4：The location or lay out for the elevator. When checking out the exit door and cleaning staff are all in the hallway it was hard to move luggage around the cleaning carts

Review 6：I reserved a King room, had the email to prove it and they wouldn't honor it. I ended up getting a double queen. Not what I wanted at all. Went hiking all day and all I could think about was the hot tub. Low and behold it was down. Also got charged double for the room because they said I made 2 reservations. I would not recommend this to anyone!!

Review 8：This Comfort Inn was conveniently located near the highway and easily accessible. WiFi worked, but it not being secured with a password was a little on the scary side. The bed was comfortable, sheets very clean and you had your choice of soft or firm pillows... a nice touch. Biggest problem, 7:10am the vacuuming in the hallway began!!! We couldn't believe it!! We were on a little golf vacation with friends and made our tee time that day a little later in the morning so we could sleep in and enjoy a 'no rush', 'quiet' morning. No such luck.

Review 13：Despite booking 4 rooms 5 months in advance, we were allocated 4 rooms on two floors and in two different wings, and the staff did not know who the rooms were for, despite it being on the email confirmation from central reservations in September. This made the checking in procedure more complicated and the reception staff were too busy /uninterested to deal with the details.

They said they would take care of it. Three days later it was still out of ice. Broken handle on outside door which was a safety issue since the sign said it would be locked from 10pm-6am.

When I registered online, the page stated that the room was reserved for only one person.There was no place to change it to two and it implied that the pricewould not be the same if my husband accompanied me. I called the hoteland was told that my reservation would not post until the following day,but that the price was for double occupancy. My husband and I arrived inthe area a day early. On our drive through Denver, I called the hoteland reserved a room for an additional night. I was assured that I wouldhave the same room for our two day stay. We arrived at the hotel atabout 9 pm. There were 2 groups ahead of us trying to check in and therewas only one attendant at the desk. Our reservation for that day was notin the system. Long story short: it took over 30 minutes to check in,thankfully there were vacancies in the hotel and they did let us keepthe same room for our 2 day stay. By the time we were situated in ourroom, the local restaurants were closed and we had to order sandwichesfrom a bar for dinner. The rest of our stay was comfortable (concerningthe hotel). Please note that the attendant on duty was polite and kindin the face of overwhelming stress (10 guests and constant phone calls).

Review 122：Accommodations were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included andgenerous. Our room was spacious enough for me to practice morningyoga. The hotel was centrally located and close to my family andinteresting places.
