Review 1：Management were quite rude when checking out we were trying to get our 90 year old mother in a wheelchair and they were calling us right on 10 o'clock to hand the keys back - this was distressing us as we were doing our best to get her organised

Review 3：There were a few maintenance issues and a staff member parked in our space during our stay which we felt was unprofessional. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 13：9 th foor apartment but was overlooked by balconies in neighbouring apartment in this building and by balconies in building next door. No A/C in West facing bedroom...unacceptable at the price!. trying to sleep with a noisy fan clicking and rattling with sliding doors open and screaming drunks on the street below. NOT my idea of a relaxing time

Review 15：We were on a business trip in Mooloolaba and had guests over for dinner. When we went to show them where the main bathroom was we found it was locked and our guests had to use our ensuite. We brought this to the managements attention the next morning and asked to have the main bathroom unlocked and were refused. We were told that unless we paid the price for the second bedroom of the unit which we didn't need we couldn't have access to the main bathroom. The management made no effort to resolve this for us saying that they were just following the rules. We chose this facility because of their reviews and rating. We would not stay here again ourselves nor would we recommend it to anyone else. In Mooloolaba there is plenty of accommodation and you are spoilt for choice.
Review 16：Traffic noise when sliders/windows open. There is a 4 lane road in front between the apartment and the sea front. Was OK with the windows shut though.
Review 17：Nice, light and spacious apartment with 180 deg sea view. Free secure basement parking. Nice poo.l Air conditioning. Only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. A Coles supermarket just around the corner.
Review 18：We loved the location and the apartment had all we needed. The rooms were nicely decorated in modern light colours. We were able to have a late departure, no problem, which made things a lot more comfortable on our last day!
Review 19：No block out on main bedroom window meant sleep in was not going to happen. Wi fi access was an issue. Our apartment was 'new to the group' but that meant nothing to me. Whilst we adults had our own internet connection via mobiles, it was our youngsters who ended up without access. Something to sort out asap.

Review 75：Internal doors needed a clean, putting the rubbish out was a bit weird and when asked about airport transfers they told me to just get a cab which is a bit costly for a single traveller. Other options could've been suggested. Traffic is noisy from early morning which was a bit annoying if you like to sleep in.

Review 77：Thought our room could have been serviced properly after 7 days not just put your linen at door and receive clean at door. Had to put out all our rubbish in outside bins on leaving. Think that is part of the service you are paying for. Never have had to do that anywhere before.

Review 79：Booked an apartment and the 2nd bedroom which was the ocean view one and main bathroon were locked. Also after having this fixed the main bathroom had urine in toilet which indicated that it wasn't cleaned properly. although a very enjoyable stay not sure if I would stay again as the main bedroom was not the front room.

Review 89：As we stayed with young children (1 and 4) our only concern was them being able to open their door onto the balcony. We had to place furniture in the way and make a bit of a barricade to ensure they couldnt escape through the night without us knowing as they could easily unlock the door from the inside themselves. Perhaps locks up high out of reach of children on all doors to the balcony would be a good solution.
