Review 1：Owner is quite deaf to requests of his guests - we needed to park car at the propeety (lock was broken) but he refused. No airconditioning in room at the roof.
Review 2：Great localisation, just a few minutes from the center of citadel. Public parking place next to place.
Review 3：Clean rooms, but no closets/wardrobe facilities, just a small hanger (pegs), no proper clothes hangers, very small and insufficient number of towels, no bedside lamps, just an overhead light, insufficient number of electric outlets for charging/using your devices, despite the free wifi that is provided, insufficient lightning in the garden/access stairs at night, especially on the side and at the back of the house. Staff does not respect the proper requirements for dealing with clients on a regular basis: when we arrived, the booking was confirmed, but the room was not ready yet, and that in late afternoon!, the next morning the reception/restaurant was not opened half an hour after the officially announced opening hours. And an interesting house policy of paying at the beginning of the stay (preferably before seeing the room), and not at the end, as it is customary for most hotels/hostels all over the world. Such small, but significant details do not seem to encourage stays longer than one night.

Review 7：The fact that they tried to overcharge me. They wanted to charge me theprice quoted when I booked, but the room had no private bathroom and wasnot double but single as specified in my booking. I thought it was ashameless attempt to overcharge me because I was a foreigner. I amdisgusted at their behaviour. Also, the room was not worth the reducedprice I ultimately paid.

Review 9：There was some noise from the place next door, but with earplugs (which I always travel with) this was not really much of a problem.
Review 10：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had to leave early (before breakfast) and they had prepared some food for me to take with me. The place is basic, but you can't beat the price.
Review 11：The location is perfect, just near the old town, and in a safe place. The room was very clean, and it is possible to have a room without carpeting, which is convenient for people with dust allergy. The staff was very friendly. There is lot of flowers and green around the hotel.
