Review 1：Mediocre standard of breakfasts, poor insulation of windows and doors causing all the traffic outside and all the noises on the corridor to be heard.

Review 3：The heater in the bedroom was a bit excessive warm and I couldn't find a way to regulate it. This is partially my fault since I didn't go to the reception but it didn't bother me that much

Review 5：I have to wait hot water to become hot (about 10 minutes). You have to pay for breakfast but it is so cheap and tasty. Too noisy outside if window is open.

Review 7：The breakfast in the hotel (supplementary) is a bit boring. There is a nice 'Croissant' coffee bar next to the hotel, and the cosy 'London' bar on a 100m walk, where you can have better breakfast. The room is too well heated (too hot).

Review 19：Feels like Soviet service still, reception is not so friendly, was a little misunderstanding with accommodation and staff didn't do best with it. Moreover, ask for hairdryer for several times, waited almost an hour and didn't succeed in it. Can't say the hotel is bad, but doubt that stay here again.

Review 25：A 15 minutes walk away from the city centre and Victory Square, even further away from the cathedral. Fish smell lingering in the corridor (but not noticeable in the rooms).

Review 27：Very comfy location - closest hotel to the oldest Yuditten Kirche, Zoo and Platinum club. Historical building and nice rooms. A couple of after-party cafes just at ground floor. Manager Galina knows everything about everything - respect! :)

Review 28：the only exception was the local Moscow-Berlin bar by the time after lunch. it was almost everytime full, not enough menu copies to take it to the room and the room-service management was not so attentive as we hoped.
