Review 1：Made to order food seemed microwaved. First room had inoperative thermostat and we had to change rooms. Sporadic wifi at best No bar or restaraunt

Review 4：The staff was very helpful the weekend we stayed at your location! The breakfast had a wide range of things to choose from and it was all delicious.

Review 5：Room key demagnatized 3 times, in our 3 day stay, and we kept them away from credit cards/phones. Plumbing issues in our room: sink would not drain. No hot water in the shower for 1 day. Staff rectified problems quickly. Houseeping "forgot"to clean our room one day, but when we called to ask for towels they were delivered in 5 minutes.

Review 6：Staff very attentive to problems we had. Resolved issues right away, which I appreciated. Room was very spacious!!

Review 7：Our bathtub didn't work; it wouldn't shut off. We requested service during our 2 night stay and even after requesting the tub be fixed THREE times, it was never fixed. The water wouldn't shut off which inhibited taking showers on day two. The internet was a nightmare and I had to call some other company to get help connecting. The staff was fair..seemed inexperienced and generally not knowledgable. The front desk staff directed law enforcement to our room at 1:30 am for something we were completely uninvolved in instead of contacting us prior to sending them up. For two women in the room it felt very unsafe.

Review 8：The facility was really nice, the bar in the lobby is convenient and the 24 hour snack bar was really handy. The location to the Palace was very handy.

Review 9：The pool room was uncomfortably hot for just watching the kids swim, but we were able to bring our drinks in so that helped some ;). Also the staff might want to always check the sheets on the pull out couches, as ours (although it hadn't been slept on) had a large purple stain on it and it looked like a childs juice or something had leaked between the cushions

Review 10：The hotel is clean with up to date furnishings. I enjoyed the space in our room. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was great and the hotel is close to the Palace and shopping!

Review 11：They did have a problem with over booking. We reserved 2 rooms but only one was available. We did have a late check in. Diane was very helpful. She tried to find us lodging at another hotel but everyone was booked. We ended up using 1 room but were compensated with food and a movie and also a future nights stay. Overall they were apologetic and did all they could to fix the situation. The breakfast was good. Enough variety.

Review 15：The staff is amazing - one of the most attentive and helpful at all times. They went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met.I also liked that food was available at all hours of the day / not just junk food from machines.

Review 16：When the heat turned on in our room it would blow cold air for a long time until it warmed. There was only one channel that my kids could watch (Cartoon Network) but it had adult programming in the evening (adult swim). Would have liked to have seen Nickelodeon or Disney channel.

Review 18：Need second or larger soap dish in shower. Toilet paper needs to be softer. We're given all new soaps and shampoos daily. They should leave the used ones and just replace what is needed. They need body wash. They should supply hand and body lotion especially with the cold weather. Side door is left unlocked and should be locked.

I specifically chose this hotel because of it being pet friendly and according to Booking.com there was no extra fee and one place on the site even said "pets stay free". Much to my surprise, it cost $75 more as a pet cleaning fee for a stay of 1-6 nights. So my hotel deal became very expensive. That was my only complaint.
