Review 1：I had to change the payment and they barely replied to my emails, it was a huge pain, I had to call, they said they were going to do it next day. Then few days later, still nothing, etc etc etc...

Review 3：Very low water pressure in shower. No safety box for valuables. Reception only open during business hours.

Review 5：Couldn't access the gym 2/3 days because staff couldn't be bothered to unlock it. This despite complaining after the first day. When I travel on business, I need to access the gym and I explained that to the telephone support staff. I continually received emails asking for feedback but when I told them how pissed off I was that they couldn't resolve the issue so it didn't happen a second time, SILENCE.

Review 15：Front desk: Very informal check-in, with no tour of the premises. No one accompanied us to our apartment or helped us with our luggage (8+ bags, we had just travelled 15 hours and moved from Europe!) I asked for a key card in order to use the gym facilities. Staff said there weren't any key cards left, and they didn't have a master card to let me in. Said that I would just have to wait until someone brought a key card back in order to use the gym. Luckily the door was unlocked and I was able to get in, but the unhelpfulness of the staff was not a very nice experience. I would not expect to have to rely on other guests/residents in order to use the gym. Laundry facilities: They require minimum $5 spend for initial card. After deducting card fee you only have $3 to spend. A normal load of wash/dry costs $3.40. So you still need to add money to card in order to do one single load. Minimum you can add to card is $10 (if you don't have $5 cash). That means that if paying by card, you must spend at least $15 to do one load of laundry!

Review 17：Pre-checking was a lot more paperwork than expected, unlike any other Booking.com experience. You need to setup a contract directly with the property, instead of with Booking.com. Corporate apartment concept does not include housekeeping services.

Review 21：Two minor points: We had to wait about 1/2 hour to check in since the office was on lunch break at 3PM. The gal who did check us in was lovely, however. One of the pans had a rounded bottom which made cooking a bit difficult

Review 22：Great location - easy walk to downtown Mountain View and access to highways. Our unit was very quiet and the bed and sofa, etc. very comfortable. The pool area was pretty, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice extras like dishwasher soap and paper goods. Will return.
