Review 5：Rooms were not allocated properly despite booking a month in advance. No recomended for disabled visitors and wheelchair users. Pretty run down hotel. Could do with a decent makeover.

Review 7：I stayed several times at this hotel. The receptionist doesn't connect my important telephones this time and last time. Rooms have no internet. You must go to reception where the place with loudly music. Despite of most bad comment about wifi at rooms the hotel ignores customers demanding. Also, other complaint is lack of breakfast. I personally like black tea. There is a urn labeled black tea but colour and taste is like pee. It's better not present black tea. It costs them only a few tea bags. I commented in here and told them their face. Ignored me.

Hotel doesn't have parking of it's own you have to park on the street outside. Hotel is not suitable for disabled wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. Lots of steep stairs to get inside the hotel and also to get in the buffet hall.

Review 49：Free Wifi available only in the lobby. Swimming pool was full of mould, the paint was chipping and sticking to the skin and clothing. Shower courtain in the bath was mouldy and the bed sheets and towels were stained. Buffet breakfast the same every day with pastries and breads not being fresh. During our stay the power went from the sockets in the bedroom and bathroom and although we reported it at reception nobody came to fix it for 3 days leaving us to do it ourselves.

Review 52：The hotel was very nice, rooms were spacious and clean, all with balconies. Delicious food, mainly Moroccan cuisine (tajine, fish, fresh vegetables, Moroccan mint tea served for breakfast). Nice wine for dinner. The hotel beach is 5 min walk, no beach bar. We stayed four nights all inclusive and had a nice time. We would return no problem.

Ibiza they are not !! PS DONT HAVE THE UMBRELLA OPEN A WINDY DAY .. they are cheap and have no weight so they just take off !!! saw a few people taken out by them. PLEASE ALSO NOTE NOT A PLACE FOR WHEEL CHAIR USERS OR FAMILY WITH A PRAM AS THERE ARE STEPS EVERYWHERE EVEN INTO THE RESTURANT THERE ARE STEPS.which brings me to mention that there is only 1 restaurant not 2 as advised there is another restaurant but looks like it was closed or disused.The rooms are ok but a bit shabby in the bathroom had dirty towel's left on the 1st day but other days was ok, CAUTION IF YOUR IN ONE OF THE ROOMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REFURBISHED YET BEWARE OF THE BALCONY RAIL THIS WAS VERY WORN AND LOOSE AND WOBBLED A LOT SO WE DID NOT USE IT AS WE WERE ON THE 3RD FLOOR !!The lifts never worked either there was also lots refurbishments going on not disruptive.The evening entertainment was shocking as there was no other area to put it on it was held in the hotel lobby ..

I would like to state that the only few staff were helpful were the cleaner whom cleaned my room daily, and Aziz the guy at the poolside Bar. The hotel experience was the awful worked that took place 9:00am every morning.

There was no Gym and the breakfast and the lunch was the same the dinner was rubbish, In fact i was traveling out and eating, ever night total waste of it being all in-clusive. The room was fallingapart a bit - it definitely needs some maintenence, if not a refurb. Theshower bath was awful. There is also no main light in the room? Justlamps..very inconvenient. No room service - not good for a '4star' hotel. Not even a bottle opener in the room!!!! No wi-fi inthe room is terrible. Having to go down to the pool area or sit in thereception lobby in order to access wi-fi is not a nice experience.

Review 73：I was drinking in the bar with my friend (I'm 18, she's 19) and the manager of entertainment (at least 45, male) who seemed so nice most of the week and would always ask how I was, was in the bar talking with us a little tried to say he and his employee (23) wanted to come up to our rooms. We said no way we aren't interested and later I went up to my room by myself. My friend came up later and saw the manager (who lives on the ground floor) creeping up the stairs in the dark towards our room. My friend screamed and he said he was coming up to our room, that he asked someone what our room number was. (He knew I went upstairs bc I was drunk & feeling ill <nasty cocktails> and that I was alone up there) she said nooo and ran away and he turned around and walked back down. Next day we were creeped out by him and when we told him why we were ignoring him for his inappropriateness, he said oh no I was just going to my room. Which we figured out he lives on the ground floor, you don't need to go upstairs for that. He insisted and said we were lying and stormed off saying we were disrespectful. He knew our ages. He acted highly inappropriate and we felt disgusted having to spend the rest of the week there. I shudder to think what would have happened if my friend hadn't come up when she did. Other downsides: Nasty cocktails, only like 3 are available and the juices they put in are cheap, chemical, and neon. Weather was cold & cloudy & the pool IS NOT heated. Since we came for all inclusive, sipping drinks poolside with endless food, we were pretty disappointed.

Review 74：The food at the buffets were so good but you could only eat during the limited hours. 8am-10am 1:30pm-3:30pm 7:30pm-9:30pm. The room was adorable, huge, and clean. The staff was incredibly nice...one man was a little too nice.

Review 79：I checked in very late (2am the next day) and the day after I realised I'd been over charged. When I went to sort this out the guy behind the desk didn't seem to care that much and also pointed out that when dealing with a booking from booking.com their exchange rate to euros is 11MAD-1EUR and not the actual exchange rate of that day which was written down on a piece of paper for them (in my case it was actually 10.4MAD-1EUR). I was told to wait and deal with the guy who'd checked me in when he comes back on to the night shift. However after speaking to the manager who was lovely I did manage to get my refund.

Review 119：Upon arrival in our room there was no shower curtain, no towels, no pillows. Furniture is very old. Cracked toilet. Filthy disgusting net curtains which I wouldn't touch. Unprofessional, uncaring staff on reception and in the restaurant. We were only B&B but the food choice is very limited, powdered orange juice in plastic beakers. Dirty tables, dirty floors, staff didn't seem to care and just wander around. Check in staff incapable of giving you their full attention, dealing with other guests at the same time. Check it took ages even though there were only us and one other family checking in. If hotel management checked the reviews, and reacted to complaints, this hotel could be very good.
