Review 1：One of my friends had trouble with their first set of towels: they were torn apart from extra-usage. They were immediately changed when asked.
Review 2：The rooms are very clean, tasteful and have a wonderful view. Helpful staff. Great heating system. No smoking in the rooms, only on the balcony.

Review 7：The Brandeberg is located in a quiet place, a bit far from the center of Bran (the center can be reached by car in 5 minutes), which is a definite"plus" especially regarding noise during evenings. The staff was during all our stay kind and helpful, helping in all what was needed during the stay. Rooms are large and clean, we had rooms with balconies towards the mountains - great view!!! WIFI is working well- also in the rooms. The restaurant has great food, mostly German- oriented but also a lot of dishes from the local cuisine. The fact that the restaurant is opened until late made our lives easy when coming back late from trips. Children friendly. Free parking - in the yard.
Review 8：No hairdryer in the bathroom and the lack of seats on the balcony. During crowdy periods, the noise from the terrace can be annoying.
Review 9：Second time here and still the best pension in the area. The location is perfect for a real breath of fresh air and different activities in the nature. You can rent bicycles from the pension and you can easily explore the incredible surroundings (Balaban Hill with the little hermitage is the best choice). Rooms are large and nicely decorated; the bed is acceptable, with soft pillows. Helpful staff and basic breakfast, with some types of traditional (local) cheese. Listen also the radio from the pension!

Review 16：The staff were SO friendly and caring! They were very warm and welcoming. The place is BEAUTIFUL! It's set back away from the main city centre but very easy to get to. Very quiet and relaxing. The food was delicious.

Review 18：The location of the pension is right in the centre of Simon Village, 3 km. away from Bran Castle.With a typical Tyrolean or Bavarian architecture, Brandeberg Pension has a large garden where you can park your car for free, you can take a morning walk or you can serve good food on the terrace. The rooms are quite large and decorated with taste (painted bed with different floral symbols and other decorative elements reminiscent of the Austrian / German region). The bathroom was clean, combining wood with modern elements. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to spend a quality time in the nature, you can reserve a bike from the pension and you can explore the wonders near Simon (the road to Bran monastery is sensational). Overall a surprising stay in Simon, probably one of the nicest pensions from Brasov County.

Review 22：We needed a one week relaxing getaway and we got it. Brandeberg is a place where the good quality investments are visible, it is a small hotel actually. The Tirol style is beautiful, the whole building is new - it was finished about 1 year ago. Perfect for kids also, of all ages.

They couldn't have been more accommodating and made our stay there very pleasant indeed. we ate in the hotel twice and the food was excellent. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very helpful and nice, the rooms are spacious and the location is very well chosen - away from the street, near a hill - peaceful and quiet. The restaurant has very good food as well - don't forget to try the house wine! My girlfriend and I were both impressed and felt right at home there.
Review 51：Not the hotel's fault at all but just a head's up for the next customers about the location: as the building is not on the "main road", we had a bit of difficulties finding it at first and even the GPS couldn't find the address. So I'd recommend asking for the coordinates of the location.

The pension deserves more than 3 stars ifit would be for the Tirol style elegantly and minutiose transposed ineach element, the comfort of the rooms, the fresh meals properly servedin the restaurant. The breakfast is reach and also comprises localproducts.The owner and the rest of the personnel are very kind. We willdefinitely come again and accomodate at Brandeberg hoping that theatmosphere and facilities we found shall be preserved at the samestandards.

Review 66：On the first day the breakfast was delayed( instead of 8.30 was about 8.50 untill everythig was ready. If I might have a suggestion: I would cover the food on the breakfast buffet, because in the summer some flies may come by.

The look of this pension is outstanding compared with other pensions in Romania. Great value for money , we enjoyed our stay and will come back as soon as possible.
